I like the mild taste of this blend. Never had any problems in past, but with this order some of the pods don't fit or work correctly. Meaning bottom opening doesn't allow to drip into cup. What a mess. Don't know if manufacturing malfunction with plastic but now leary about ordering more. I cleaned and descaled Keurg so don't believe this is issue.

I ordered a box of Keurig pods that came damaged and crushed - creating quite a mess in my kitchen when I opened the box and realized that about a third of the pods were unusable. I Calle Keurig customer service and they immediately sent a replacement box at no charge. I really appreciated the quick response and willingness to make things right! Great customer service!

The website is so easy to navigate! And I enjoy looking at all the different brands of coffee, teas, and drinks for my new Keurig. The original Donut Shop is my all time favorite! The taste is not too mild, (you know you're drinking coffee), without the bitterness. I'm not sure if I'm going to switch with my next order or stay with my favorite!

We purchased this coffee brewer last month for our members to brew a cup of coffee at our meetings.Everyone is very satisfied with the purchase.I have one at our house and beach condo also.So no matter where I start the day….we have a Keurig brewing our coffee.

This is my husband's favorite brand of coffee. He doesn't like coffee that's very strong, but this brand also comes in a stronger version, and he likes that too. He finds the flavor rich and soothing but not heavy and also drinks the decaf variety. He's preferred this brand for years,. We are glad Keurig makes it so easily available!

We purchase this for our executive coffee bar. We have 5 coffees to choose from and The Donut Shop is the one that I've had a hard time keeping in stock. I think I finally got a good par level going to last us a month. It seems to be everyone's favorite...mine too.

I was upset that my 72 ct of The Original Dount Shop coffee was not going to be available. Was extremely happy that it was still available in 24 ct. Kerurig bend over backwards to make it right for me. At first they sended me the wrong coffee due to the fact that the 72 ct ODS coffee was no longer carryed. I will always order from Keurig.

Bought 72 Donut Shop K-cups about three weeks I purchased 72 Donut Shop K-cups snot a month ago and am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the extremely terrible taste of this so called coffee. It has no hint coffee odor and tastes like day old pot coffee.

My first joy every morning is to sit in my comfortable living-room chair opposite the gas fireplace (lit in the Winter) and gradually sip and savor two filled mugs of "The Original Donut Shop Coffee". It like my coffee "light" with "Almond Milk 80". Simultaneously, I review the news websites on my iPAD and listen to my favorite classical music radio stations. What a great way to start each day using my Keurig Coffee Maker drinking the subject coffee. Life is good, for sure !

We have been drinking this coffee for years and love it. We bought a new Keurig and don't know if that contributes to the problem. The seal of the foil to the pod fails during the brew. Grounds pour out all over and it is one heck of a mess to clean up. This has happened at least a dozen times and it's becoming frustrating. If it continues we will quit using it. We are not happy.
