My experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is fantastic. it has great picture and color accuracy, I love the speakers, but only problem is with the software its extremely laggy it seems that the processor is just slow so it could improve on that point, or they could optimize the software better.

Start screen is frustrating

I bought this two weeks ago and I am still struggling to get it where I can watch regular TV. It opens to some Samsung home screen showing all streaming apps and it seems to take multiple clicks to get regular TV channels to play. Over engineered. Very complex. Not the least bit intuitive

This product is very disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate the remote. It has no numbers - only up & down. So I use my cable remote to change channels. When I hit the power button to turn it on, it automatically goes to the wall art photo. I have to hit the enter/home button a MINIMUM of 6 times to get it to go to the cable station I had been on when I turned it off. I don't want to hit a button 5-7 times to get it on a TV station and off the wall art. And for all the money I paid for this fancy TV you should have included a charger for the remote. Have fun knowing when your remote is going to die on you and have fun recharging the solar panel by keeping it flipped upside down. I totally regret buying this TV.

Excellent Picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV worked great in my parents Living Room. It has good picture contrast and brightness. The 4k shows are crisp and my parents greatly enjoy it. The sound is a little underpowered, so pairing it with the Samsung Soundbar works great for filling the room with sound.

Weird things happened

Yesterday my microwave's fan kept coming on and every time I turned it off, it came back on. Then my TV would just turn off, and same thing, every time I turned it back on, the TV cut off again. They both did it about Five times each. So I called my wife and asked her if she was playing with me through the smart thing app, and she said no. So I don't know if I got hacked or not and can I trust all my appliances connected together on line. Or is there a ghost in my house. lol, but dead serious.

Woah Amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Samsung curved TV that was 10 years old and I just upgraded to this TV and I love it! Being able to play cloud games, connect my Buds3pro and use my galaxy to control my TV is worth every penny ive spent over the years! Keep it up!

New 65" QLED

Colors are vibrant and it is easy to navigate the remote and various apps. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality TV at a reasonable price.

Samsung makes the best TVs

I bought my 1st Samsung TV in 2010 which is a 65" curved screen. It still works and has a terrific picture. I did upgrade to this new model to make use of the newer eARC technology. I currently have 4 Samsung TVs in my house - none have ever failed. This model has a nice centered base, instead of the wide spaced feet, which fits on my stand. The picture is bright, sharp and has great color. Highly recommend.

Samsung makes great TV's

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been buying Samsung TV's for years. We currently have a 75”, 65”, 55”, 50”, (2) 40”, and a 32”. Two of them are almost 20 years old. They all have great pictures whether they are LCD, QLED, or Plasma. Not only do we enjoy watching them, so does our cat!
