It definitely cleans the carpet, but stubborn spots remained and resurfaced after a short time. I had hoped for a more effective cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is ridiculous. I am not happy. How do I do a review when I didn't get the product? I did not get the product and have not received my refund. I am hoping that someone will do the right thing and send me the refund. I paid for 2 gallons of the cleaner.

UNDELIVERED ORDER REFUND PENDING

This is the only carpet cleaner that I will purchase. It's great if you have animals and messy kids. It really does a great job of getting rid of spots. I have used it in my full size carpet cleaner and my handheld for little spots. Every time I shampoo my carpet, it makes everything look brand new again. It's great for upholstery too. I have micro suede furniture and I use this solution to get dingy looking stains and spots off my furniture.
