I received this as a gift to go along with my carpet cleaner. I have a tendency to be skeptical about most pet cleaning stuff because I have four cats, one dog, and a ferret. When I used this, I noticed improvement right away and the smelly/stained areas actually looked like the rest of the carpet. Was impressed.

I purchased this product awhile back when I had two kittens. One was a male and felt the need to mark my carpet upstairs. When I used this cleaning solution I was able to get rid of the foul urine odor that lingered. I was also pleasantly surprised that older stains from foot traffic were gone. My carpet looks clean again like it did when I first moved in.

This is the only carpet cleaner that I will purchase. It's great if you have animals and messy kids. It really does a great job of getting rid of spots. I have used it in my full size carpet cleaner and my handheld for little spots. Every time I shampoo my carpet, it makes everything look brand new again. It's great for upholstery too. I have micro suede furniture and I use this solution to get dingy looking stains and spots off my furniture.

This product came in a small sample bottle when i bought my Hoover carpet cleaning machine. It works really really well. However, this supplier sent a completely different product which I returned. I did not want a Tropical Breeze scented carpet solution. It seems this particular product is very difficult to find and I hesitate to re-order it here, for fear of receiving the wrong item again. If you can find this exact solution, I highly recommend. I had brand new carpets on which my new dogs peed on and this got the smells out completely. I know because dogs will usually smell where another has gone, and I have a lot of dogs visit my home.

a sample of this carpet cleaner came with my smart wash machine. It is amazing!!! Had pet stains that had been in the carpet for years even after buying store bought shampoos and pre-treatments and hand scrubbing. worked beyond expectations..... again amazing!!!

I bought this last week and let me tell you wow! I've been struggling to get the smell from my cats out of the carpets and this did the trick! I couldn't believe it because I've tried everything. It smells amazing and I only had to use it once! I highly recommend if you have animals!

This carpet cleaner is amazing. I can see and smell the difference which makes me a happy girl! I have three dogs and a cat in the house and I have been on my knees scrubbing, so glad I don't have to do that anymore. Thank you Hoover you made an excellent little carpet cleaner.

This works amazing on pet accidents and stains. My dogs sometimes make a mess but this formula makes my home fresh and much cleaner! No stains or odors lingering! I recommend this all my friends, family and even strangers at the grocery store because this product is simply that awesome!!!

We are an animal loving house with dogs, cats, and Guinea pigs so we needed a solution that would hold up to not only the dirt but also the potty training accidents. This solution worked like a dream it cleaned out not only the dirt spots but also the animal scents.

I am hoping that someone will do the right thing and send me the refund. I paid for 2 gallons of the cleaner.
