I really love the stuff up and using it for a little bit and I must say it works well for me I have two cats and a puppy In this stuff works really good on tough stains and gets it right out of the carpet leaves it looking brand new I really enjoy using it

I purchased this product awhile back when I had two kittens. One was a male and felt the need to mark my carpet upstairs. When I used this cleaning solution I was able to get rid of the foul urine odor that lingered. I was also pleasantly surprised that older stains from foot traffic were gone. My carpet looks clean again like it did when I first moved in.

First of all, one of the bottles I ordered, the cap came busted and so the silver covering was broken and some leaked out. But for the product it doesn't get all of the smell of pee out of my carpets as I had hoped it would since it is for pet messes. I even went over the spots multiple times...

This carpet cleaner is amazing. I can see and smell the difference which makes me a happy girl! I have three dogs and a cat in the house and I have been on my knees scrubbing, so glad I don't have to do that anymore. Thank you Hoover you made an excellent little carpet cleaner.

I used this in my own carpet shampoo machine same dilution with the Hoover product and Hoover pre stain spray. There were pet stains that were all removed and more importantly 3 days later after it all dried did NOT come back or resurface. No odor, no perfume after smell either , just fresh carpet underfoot. I like the smartwash design would like to try for 30 day free trial. My shampoo machine does not extract or rinse leave a little soap behind to vacuum in 2 days. Still good results better if almost dry in 4 hours and vacuumed dry all in one step. Thank you John D.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this to restore my carpeted stairs that my 3 cats and 2 dogs ran into the ground with vomiting, dirty paws, and accidents; by the time I was done those stairs looked brand new, I refilled my machine only twice and there's still plenty solution left in the gallon container.

I received this as a gift to go along with my carpet cleaner. I have a tendency to be skeptical about most pet cleaning stuff because I have four cats, one dog, and a ferret. When I used this, I noticed improvement right away and the smelly/stained areas actually looked like the rest of the carpet. Was impressed.
