Purchased this for my 2 year old grandson for Christmas. It came very quickly and was well packaged. I feel confident he be I'll be safe, as it has a safety belt . It has foam bumpers so it won't scratch anything he may run into! Win win! He is going to have a ball with it! I cannot wait to see him play and hear that belly laugh while he is crusing around!
