Have bought & used these pens for years - always been a great product. This last batch, purchased in March 2022 are defective. Every single one. As you write, the pen tip gets pushed back into the barrel & after writing 1-2 words you have to double click to get the point back out in writing position for the next word or two. Then do that again & again. I've checked every pen in this package, ALL are defective. Have bought & used these pens for years - always been a great product. No longer have the original clamshell packaging so don't know if I can do a return. Going to try as these pens are not usable. Papermate really dropped the ball this time. Also notice, Sam's shows them as out of stock. Hmmm... Did anyone else have issues with these?

my pens keep breaking very disappointing

I love these pens. I cannot live without them. Great writing utensils for puzzles in hand writing letters and for the mail and can’t wait to buy again at Sam’s.

Pen tip pushes in while writing. It's happened with all the pens in the package, no matter how gently I write. Very irritating
