I really wanted to love this conditioner and despite the negative reviews I decided to give it a try. I’m regret doing so. Just as other people have said this leaves a strange residue on your hair and you could feel it while applying it in the shower. It also smells great while using it in the shower, but after your hair smells very strange. I regret purchasing this. I will keep looking for a natural product that isn’t so terrible.

I was excited to see Sam's carry a more natural hair care line, however, I was extremely disappointed with this shampoo and conditioner. It doesn't smell good (you think it would smell like coconut but it doesn't) and it weighed my hair down and made it feel greasy. Also, the pumps were not quality pumps.

Had high expectations for this product, but was not a good match for my hair. Used in conjunction with the shampoo, my curls were surprisingly weighed down and would tangle. Gave the shampoo a month and the issue persisted. Also, made my head smell weird once I’d get sweaty at the gym.

I have very long straight hair and I've tried many conditioners and this one surprisingly, did not work well for me. I always air dry my hair and this conditioner made it difficult for my hair to dry nicely as I had many big tangles to deal with.

I have used this line for many years. I have thick curly hair that frizzes. I love this conditioner and often I use it as a leave-in conditioner. It's a great value.

My hair is usually thick and easily frizzy so I hoped this would be a good conditioner to help with the frizz but it left my hair with a residue that wouldn’t rinse out no matter how much water I used. Left hair limp.

My hair felt immediately terrible after the first use. I kept going thinking perhaps I just needed to adjust. After a month I got rid of it then immediately got a haircut to trim off the damage.

Love this conditioner . However, just like everything else that I like at Sam's club - they no longer carry. Also the Members Mark Toilet paper and paper towels are available in store and customer's are blocked from ordering online. So what's the point of paying for the membership???

This stuff smells awful and whoever thinks it smells good I’m telling you you’re wrong. I wanted to love this especially for my daughters natural curly hair but it leaves her hair greasy and smelling foul. I threw in the towel when others noticed the smell too. It does not smell like coconut.

I have a temporary color and a relaxer in my hair. It took me a while to try this after purchase because I thought it was just another conditioner. After using the SM shampoo, which totally amazed me, I used this condition. For the first time in about 40 years, my hair was tangle-free, soft, and manageable. I was surprised! I actually enjoy doing my hair again. I highly recommend both the shampoo and conditioner.
