I got the credit cards and was very happy  but when we tried to use them could not find a place to use them, so I still have the cards.

Credit cards but can’t use them

I ordered said gift cards but never received them.  They were stolen before the torn and taped up envelope got to me.  Called Sam's club and they said its not their responsibility.  I feel I trusted them with my order and money and they failed me.  Sam's does not stand behind this and it is disappointing to me.

BEWARE!!Sam's will not replace stolen gift cards.
