We are very sorry to hear about your experience — safety is our top priority.<br />We have been selling this model for over 10 years and have never had any safety issues whatsoever. The unit is fully certified, including ETL, and has also passed numerous additional safety and compliance tests.<br />Based on your description, it’s possible the unit may have been used in the bathtub, shower, or fully submerged in water, which should never be done with any heated foot spa. Doing so can cause damage to the internal electrical components and lead to malfunction.<br />We’d be happy to review this situation further.
