This is the first time I've bought something from Sam's that was not as advertised, defective, and poorly made. Very disappointing...and it's taking a long time to return it.

why on Earth would you put a very silky cover on a mattress the sheets just want to slide off every time you move the sheets slide with you because the cover of the mattress is so slippery

literally no support. if you want to toss and turn all night and wake up with a super sore back, this is the mattress for you. at least the returns are easy

This mattress is comfortable, and doesn't sleep too hot, but it had definite dips after just a few months. We are returning it and going back to our old mattress that we luckily saved.

Bought a XL Twin firm and plush mattress, along with the King twin adjustable bed frame. easy set up on all, and could not be any happier, they are great, at half the price of the similar mattress like Nectar.

We desperately needed a new mattress for two adults and two dogs. We are larger people and sleep with 60 lb and 12 lb dogs. This mattress is supportive for all the weight it carries from us. We got the medium so we could feel the support but also a touch of plush. Better sleep days are ahead for sure. We have been sleeping on it for about a week and my body is already feeling much better. I have arthritis and my stiffness is much improved so far. As for the unboxing, it was so simple. We opened the box and took the plastic off. The mattress looked and smelled clean. We allowed it to rise and had zero issues with it not being true to size. just buy it already!

I absolutely hate the cover on this mattress! It’s so slick the sheets have a hard time staying on and I feel like it moves every time I do at night. I don’t feel like the mattress ever fully expanded especially one corner so the cover is also too lose. I got the twin firm, as far as sleeping it’s satisfactory. The fact the cover zips off to wash is a great feature but please use better quality fabric!

I've had this mattress for about six months now, and I'm a larger heavier guy. Every night of sleep on this bed has been great, it's just the right firmness, doesn't get to hot or to cold. So far there's been no loss or difference in firmness/comfort. Completely silent, and doesn't transmit motion when getting in or out of the bed. No real complaints to it, just make sure you have help carrying and unpacking it, it is very heavy.

Too soft to be called medium firm. Edges of mattress are very soft. Not cool at all.
