We have had the ProAdapt Soft mattress for almost 1 month (January-February) and we are still getting used to it. Initially the mattress was hard as a rock. We put an electric blanket on top and increased the thermostat to 72 degrees to help "break it in" and it took 3.5 weeks but it is now "somewhat soft". It appears to get much warmer throughout the night when compared to the memory foam we previously had.

The mattress adapts to your every move, so your spine is properly aligned (with adjustable base); I now have a good night sleep and wake up ache free. The smell of the foam was not strong or offensive to my sensitive olfactory bulbs. The material over the foam is soft as silk, (good), but slippery, my fitted cotton sheets slip off during sleep. A mattress cover was recommended but not purchase, perhaps it will solve the slippery issue ???

The delivery was excellent, efficient and caring about our home. Set up was good and right on time. We have had great sleep every night since we got our mattress. After so many nights tossing and turning we finally found the perfect mattress. We never even thought we would get a tempurpedic mattress but we were so happy with her sales person and the way we were shown every type of mattress and all choices we could make.

Knowing I no longer have to look for a better mattress is calming. I'm getting the sleep I want and need. Waking up without aches and pains as most of us experience as we age, is such a bonus. This mattress just envelopes you with support. I love not thinking about how tired I am each morning. Tempur-Pedic completed my search in a very rewarding offer of comfort.

We have always had a Tempurpedic mattress and loved it. Last year we decided to invest in a new Tempurpedic mattress since ours was 20+ years old and purchased the Split King Firm Pro Adapt mattress and motion base. Worst decision ever!! The firm felt great in the showroom but once we got it home it was super hard! Decided to give it a period of time to break in but time did not help. Now we are stuck with this horrible mattress and new back and shoulder pain. Don't waste your money!!

Over the years (as I am 64) my back has degenerated to the point a regular mattress is NOT comfortable. A year ago I had spinal fusion and a spacer inserted in my lower back. Unfortunately, Scoliosis runs in my family and our daughter was born with it. The TempurPedic has been a great product for our family. I am so grateful this product is available to us through our Military Exchange. We are forever grateful TempurPedic supports the military. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mattress after months of research online. We had slept on a Temper-Pedic two years ago on vacation and it was the best week of sleep. I finally just bought this one, and when I say I have never slept better, its an understatement. I actually sleep through the night now, and my husband who has a bad back hasn't complained in one month. It was a costly investment, but after the great sleep we are getting it is well worth it.

Fell in love with this bed. Helps provide relief for my bulging L4 L5 disc in my back. Also has helped me to stay in REM sleep longer than before. Oddly enough I've become a back sleep when I was a habitual side sleeper. If we ever need a new mattress, we'll definitely be getting a tempurpedic.

Our 7 year old Tempur-Pedic mattress was failing and we were not sleeping well. Customer Service directed me to their warranty qualifications. We were granted a new mattress via email within 2 days of submitting the warranty requirements. Our new mattress was delivered in 2 weeks as promised. Customer service was awesome. Because warranties usually have loop holes, we were prepared to purchase a new mattress. In fact, we had been shopping and were very close to making a competitor's purchase. I am so glad I made the phone call to Tempur-Pedic. We choose the firm. Although we thought the firm was a bit too firm, we slept 10 hours straight that first night without tossing and turning. We overslept (by 3 hours!), we were late for work, and it was worth it. The firm proved to be perfect.

I recently had the opportunity to receive a TempurPedic Pro-Adapt (soft) bed, and the timing was PERFECT! I am a very light sleeper, but the husband is not - and he's always fidgety, snoring, talking in his sleep, and waking me up multiple times a night. Add to that insomnia, and it's rare that I get a full night of restorative sleep! My husband also has back issues, and it's not uncommon for him to move to the FLOOR in the middle of the night! Our bed arrived while I was in the middle of my first mural project - I was exhausted but sleeping very poorly. After the first two nights, my husband actually accused ME of snoring! The difference for us is that I don't feel every single movement my husband makes, and therefore wake much less often. And while I still struggle with middle-of-the-night insomnia, the sleep I do get is deeper and with more vivid dreams. I was really re-energized after a few nights with this bed, and completed my mural ahead of schedule! My husband has also not needed to move to the floor at night - this mattress is firm enough for him, but still soft enough for me! One of my favorite things about this mattress is the Smartclimate cooling cover. Hot flashes are a real struggle, especially at night! I still get warm at night, but I don't wake up drenched in sweat like before! Huge win. I would definitely recommend this bed for anyone who is a light sleeper and/or dealing with nighttime hot flashes. We love it!
