Our experience with the Tempur-Ergo ProSmart Split King has been excellent. The split king design allows each of us to customize our side of the bed, which has made a huge difference in comfort and sleep quality. The Zero Gravity position is incredibly relaxing and helps reduce pressure on the back, while the lumbar support and massage features add another level of comfort after a long day. The smart technology is easy to use and makes adjusting positions simple, and the automatic snore response shows how advanced this base really is. Everything operates smoothly and quietly, and the overall quality feels very premium. This has truly been one of the best investments we have made for our home and our sleep. Was afraid when I bought material would degrade over time. I bought because I was assured it would be covered by warranty if that was case. Now 5 ish years later, mattress material is permanently degraded and unusable. Company won't honor warranty because I have a stain on mattress (it's been in use).

Had this mattress for 5 years and it lost its shape creating a dip in the mattress. This caused a loss of back support causing lower back issues. When reached out to Tempur-pedic, while they acknowledged the mattress lost its shape and the dip is clear, they won't resolve the issue because there is a small speck of stain all the way on the other side of the mattress. It seemed ridiculous at first but quickly realized, these excuses are common if the company itself has no confidence in its product. I would not recommend this product and the cost absolutely not worth it.

The Tempur-Pedic mattress transports me to those spaces of complete sleep, rest, and the encounter with nothingness that we humans enjoy every night.

I'm extremely disappointed with my Tempur-Pedic bed. I specifically chose this mattress and adjustable base setup because it's marketed as helping with comfort and sleep issues like sleep apnea, which was a major factor in my decision. After only four years of use, the mattress has significantly broken down in the middle—right where it's most affected by being propped up on the adjustable frame. This is especially frustrating because the entire system is designed and promoted to be used this way. I used the bed exactly as intended, regularly adjusting the base to improve my sleep. Instead of holding up, the mattress has lost its structure and support in a very noticeable way, making it uncomfortable and undermining the very reason I invested in it. To make matters worse, my warranty claim was denied due to a sweat stain. This makes no sense, as the breakdown is not even in the same area as the stain—it's in the section where the adjustable frame raises the mattress and where my body weight is concentrated. If the stain were truly the cause, the damage would be in that location, not in a completely different area. It feels like an excuse to avoid honoring the warranty rather than addressing a legitimate product failure. For a premium product that's supposed to be durable and supportive—especially for people dealing with sleep issues—this kind of deterioration in such a short time is unacceptable. I expected far better quality and longevity. Based on my experience, I will never buy another product from this company. Don't waste your money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Worst mattress I've owned. I thought this mattress was suppose to form around body but it is the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress My husband and I toss and turn all night I complained to tempurpedic and was told to just buy a mattress topper I would not recommend this hybrid medium
