Our current temper-pedic pro adapt soft is not providing nearly the same sleep quality we were hoping to experience. We are very disappointed with the new technology. Please bring back the old school product. This bed is nothing more than a sub par example of your leading product we first purchase years ago. Giving soft a bad name. Yes I will be returning this mattress. Thank god we purchased this mattress direct so we can get our money back. Sorry but I it's the honest truth.

The mattress and frame are of great quality and very comfortable. The very difficult part is in getting our mattress and frame registered with tempurpedic. A serial number is required. Your chat line told us the serial number is on a tag found under the mattress cover. We remove all bedding and mattress cover all the way - no tag. We finally found the tag pressed under the mattress between the bottom of the mattress and frame. When you are elderly, this is a very difficult task. Now to register the bed frame. I'm a little worried about finding the serial number for our frame. It would be most helpful if you consider your elderly customers in the future. Maybe have the serial number printed on the receipt or place the tag in an easier location.

Bought the pro-adapt soft because we needed a soft bed. The bed we tried out in the store was sooo comfortable. Our new bed has yet to feel soft. We still toss and turn. Our old pillow top with memory foam topper was more comfortable than this bed. Unfortunately, even with the 90 day guarantee, there is not one softer. So we are stuck.

I love the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Soft! Almost purchased the medium, but am so glad I chose the "soft". I still get the support I need, but there's lots of cushion so my back wakes up feeling great and not stiff and I don't walk around for 20 minutes like I need a body cast. Purchased the adjustable base also - we elevate it just a couple of inches and now I don't hear the snoring machine next to me!!! Well worth every penny. Thank you Tempur-Pedic.

I've actually enjoyed this mattress more than I expected to. My previous experiences with memory foam haven't been great, since I tend to sleep warm. But I've been very comfortable with the ProAdapt despite the weather getting warmer. As a side sleeper I prefer a softer plushier mattress and this has been doing the trick. It's soft enough to not cause me hip and arm/shoulder pain from being on my side, but still very much supportive enough. I'm very happy with it!

I believe that owning a Tempur-Pedic mattress and pillow that is the right one for you is the key to achieving a restful night sleep and pain free. I no longer have to go for a biweekly massage that, oftentimes, only causes more neck and back pain. What is so wonderful about my Tempur-ProAdapt mattress is that it contours to the shape of my body. There are times when I do not lay my head on my Tempur-Pedic pillows, and that is absolutely fine too if you ask me. So far, I own two mattress from Tempur-Pedic and I know without a shadow of a doubt that it is going to last me more than 20 years. With care, weekly laundry-washing, and the soft touch of Tempur-Pedic bedsheets and pillow covers, I know for a fact that IT IS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF ME! Thank you so much Tempur-Pedic for giving me the FREEDOM to live my life pain-free! You get 5 out of 5 stars from me!

I first purchased a king Cloud Bed in box mattress and literally couldn't sleep for 2 months. I had extreme hip, back and neck pain on my right side and was waking up at 3am every night. I finally upgraded to the Pro Adapt Soft and since then, I've had the best sleep of my life! I know the high end mattresses are expensive but if you're in the market for a foam bed, find the room to upgrade. Pro Adapt is a game changer!

We are in love with our new Pro Adapt Hybrid Medium split king. This is my second Tempur-Pedic, our first was an original when they first came out... it was almost 25 years old! There is no comparison in comfort and durability! Well worth your money.

I have purchased way too mattresses in the past 10 years, searching for a good nights sleep. Finally, Tempurpedic Proadapt Firm mattress has given me reliably great rest every single night. Each night I go to bed and I think the mattress might be too hard for me, as I seem to lie on top of it rather than in it, however that thought lasts about 5-10 minutes and next I know, I'm waking up 8 hours later with no shoulder/ hip/ back pain. I also purchased the Adapt Prolo+cooling pillow and that, too, is a game changer for me ...no more neck pain. This purchase has genuinely changed my life for the better. No more Ibuprofen, no more Acetaminophen. I hope that everyone can find the relief I am enjoying.

We got our ProAdapt Medium Hybrid at the beginning of January, and I was a bit nervous because I heard that some people need a few weeks to adjust to their new Tempur-Pedic. But it was literally the best night sleep I had in awhile the very first night. Definitely get the medium hybrid if you're unsure on the level of firmness, and if you don't like that sinking in feeling. The added springs combined with the memory foam is perfect. Also me and my fiance are a bit on the hefty side and it's still holding up beautifully so don't worry about your weight. I also no longer wake up with back pain, so that's amazing. I know it's expensive, but it's worth it. I spent months researching mattress brands, and I realize that these things are pricey for a reason. Honestly if you need a sign to get it, here it is. Just do it.
