We received this bed as our previous Tempurpedic Contour Elite which was only 2 1/2 years old was defective and after trying the new Pro Adapt soft mattress a few nights we tried to exchange it for a Pro Adapt Medium mattress and were told we could not after we were given the run around. so we got rid of it. Ten nights of very uncomfortable rest was all we could take. We have been exclusively Tempurpedic customers since our first mattress in 2002 and have owned three mattress since but will not purchase again.

I bought a King size Pro Adapt CG FR in late March 2021. I love a firm mattress. We loved our mattress for 3 years. In year 4 the mattress consistency changed dramatically. It is like the mattress became ice cold and hard like steel. I paid around $4000 for this mattress, and was swayed to buy it due to the 10 year warranty. I followed the online process, which was ridiculous. Send pictures. Fill out a very brief form. No phone numbers, no human to talk to. They turned it down because they said my photos could not show a manufacture problem. Really? You mean you cannot see the change in the mattress in a photo? I appealed their decision. They said no again, because they said it was a personal preference change and not a mattress problem. This is not true, and insulting. They offered no reasonable solution to this problem. Do not rely on the warranty. They have a big name, but zero customer service. If you are expecting the mattress to last more then a few years you are going to be very disappointed.

Bottom line: it's super comfortable, but sleeps a little hot I tried so many mattresses and even purchased a different brand mattress that felt comfortable in the store, but when I slept on it at home it hurt my hips when I slept on my side, so I returned it. Even a medium or plush mattress felt too firm. Then I tried the ProAdapt Soft and I loved it, but kept looking elsewhere since I hadn't planned to spend that much. After trying many more mattresses, I eventually made the right decision and invested in the ProAdapt Soft. It is so comfortable! I truly love it. I am mostly a side sleeper but with this mattress I don't feel any discomfort on my hips or other pressure points. I had also read that being a lighter-weight female might be why so many other beds felt too firm, because I wasn't really sinking into them. With this mattress, that is not a problem at all. The one thing I don't like about this mattress is that I started sleeping much hotter. It has gotten better as I've gotten used to it and only bothers me sometimes now. That said, if I had the money, I would probably upgrade to one of the cooling models. But I am still extremely happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed has been a game changer ! Before we got this bed my partner had severe back issues to the point he thought he would need to have surgery . Our former bed was not good & left us feeling unrest in the morning. Once we got this bed we both where able to get a excellent night sleep , increased out motivation. So much that my partner had enough energy to start working out again & lost 15 pounds and no longer needs surgery . He's still has minor back issues but that from driving all day at his job but NOTHING like before . He can actually walk 4 miles vs. not being able to walk at round the block ! Sleep is everything & affects so many areas of a persons life. I highly recommend this bed. The service we received though out the process was great , from ordering it to set up was easy & no issues . It's one of the best moves we made !

This is the first new bed my husband has every slept on. He is almost 50 years old and has only had hand me down or used mattresses his whole life. I finally convinced him to slurge on a new bed. He has never been happier with the quality and comfort this matress provides. Thank you tempur pedic and keep up the excellent work!

Well, our choice was Firm, and it is. It feels like a bench when you first sit on it, but in a few seconds you sink in just enough to be cradled. A perfect balance of 'no saggy spots' and 'no pressure on shoulders, hips, or knees. The other treat is that when either I or my wife get up (in the night) or first out of bed, the mattress does not move/jiggle. You don't know the other has gone - and you just keep sleeping. Our previous mattresses were top quality, but with springs. This one doesn't flex like that - which is great.

This mattress was so soft in the store, instant love. My hubby likes a slightly firm mattress, and I prefer sleeping in clouds. The salesperson told us to jump on the bed (we don't have the electric base) so that it'd add wear to it. The first 2 weeks I slept okay but the bed was firm. It adapted to my body, but honestly I wasn't comfortable and thought I'd just made a HUGE financial mistake buying it. Fast forward 6 weeks and my standpoint has changed, A LOT! The mattress still seems a little firmer when we first lay down, but it adapts to your body and is so comfy. I've been getting some of the best sleep I've ever gotten. Hubby is a side/back sleeper and I'm a side/stomach sleeper. Side note: both hubby and I were getting weekly, sometimes bi-weekly adjustments at the chiropractor. In the 8 weeks of owning the bed, we've each only been adjusted once. Our chiropractor said that the bed is really helping us by providing the support we need in our necks/backs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have slept on the Tempur pro adapt medium for 5 nights. I have never slept on a mattress like this before now. I had another brand that is basically springs and a little padding. The Tempur pro adapt forms around my body. It has the right amount of support but also the softness to be comfortable. It had been year's since I had slept through the night. Now I can say that I get a full 8 hours of sleep. My husband said its the most comfortable mattress he has ever owned. I go to bed before him and I don't even feel the movement from him getting into bed. I can actually feel a temperature difference in the new bed. It also comes with a washable cover. The only negative I have is the weight of the mattress. It definitely takes two people to move the mattress around but how often would you move a mattress around your room? Overall I am excited to have this mattress and I would recommend the Tempur pro adapt. Everyone should enjoy a restful nights sleep. We spend a good portion of our lives in bed. It should be comfortable. One more positive about this mattress. I use to have hip pain and I haven't experienced it since sleeping on this mattress. Take a chance and experience it for yourself.

I had a great experience at Jordan's furniture buying my temperpedic mattress. I purchased the soft option and should have gone a little firmer. But I made the selection, so I have to live with it. It's far superior to my old mattress. I also looked at sleep number bed, but chose temperpedic.

Yepper, I love the firmness of this mattress. However, my wife doesn't. We both think it is way too heavy. Making up the bed requires both of us to lift the mattress--our combined age is greater than 150. We've only been sleeping on it for a month now, way too early to say I would or would not recommend this mattress, even though such a determination is required by this review website.
