Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid Mattress

My husband and I both love the new mattress! I've noticed that even when I have muscle aches at bedtime I wake up pain free in the morning!

Comfortable

We love the way this mattress feels and sleeps! It supports our backs so well and has helped my leg neuropathy to almost disappear!!

Wonderful!

Sleeping better than ever with this mattress. We are sleeping longer and feel more refreshed. It was time for a change glad we did.

The mattress has an odor that I hope dissipates in time. The head elevation is a nice feature. It has not changed my life.

Definitely NOT worth the money

I was able to eliminate my extra pillow. The mattress is comfortable. We don't have aches and pains when we get up.

After trying several mattresses the ProAdapt was bar far the most comfortable. I love the 'coolness' of it so far as I tend to get warm at night.

Like Sleeping on marshmallow's!!

I've had back surgery and was waking up with back pain every morning. Since this mattress was delivered, my morning back pain has disappeared.

Wonderful comfort

We were initially very happy with our Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Soft mattress—it was comfortable and felt like a great investment. However, after just a couple of years, it started to lose its shape and is now sagging in multiple areas.

Since this seemed like a clear product failure, we filed a warranty claim. We provided all requested documentation, including photos showing proper support underneath the mattress and that we’ve consistently used a mattress protector as recommended at the time of purchase.

Despite this, our claim was denied, citing improper care. This was extremely frustrating and honestly confusing, given that we’ve followed all care guidelines. It’s hard to understand how that conclusion was reached based on the information provided. No expert came out to review the mattress they based this on a few images that to be looked exactly like the examples.

For a product at this price point, I expected better durability and stronger support from the company in honoring their warranty. This experience has been very disappointing and has definitely changed my perspective. I would encourage others to look closely at warranty coverage and long-term performance before making a purchase. I would NOT recommend this product OR this company after this experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bed is nothing short of a miracle, gone for us are the days waking up feeling stiff somewhere or just needing to stretch. My wife and I live physical lives and are very fit. We purchased the firm option and its definitely not a bed you can just jump into as it feels like jumping on wood. That being said, as you lay in it, the mattress molds to your body in the most perfect manner. After a few weeks it does soften a bit but not in a bad way. Our sleep is phenomenal with absolutely no more night disturbances or tossing and turning. If you've had it with soft plush beds that leave you feeling sore each day I cannot recommend this one enough. So worth the extra dollars. Best investment we've made.
