I love my new TEMPUR-ProAdapt Soft mattress! I am a curvy middle-aged woman and I've finally found a super comfortable mattress that fully supports my lower back and hips in any sleeping position. I no longer awaken with sore hips and shoulders, and I sleep more soundly during the night because I'm not constantly changing positions to relieve pressure points. It's amazing how much more rested I feel in the morning and I've even started waking up before my alarm goes off!

Not as great as everyone says it is. I was very excited for the cooling feature because I sweat a lot at night and after the first night with this mattress, I've never sweated more in my life. And it's been multiple night, still have yet to notice the cooling feature. Very disappointed that this is non existent..:

I normally do not do reviews but this weekend, we visited the Frontenac store in Ladue,MO. Corinne- our sales associate was awesome. From the time we arrived and explained we were trying to learn about their beds, their bases, she took it from there. Had great questions from both of us, wanted to understand our sleep regiment and from there began demo process on various mattresses and bases. Great experience. We have never owned a mattress like this before and can't wait to experience it. Corrinne made this a great experience and it was a true pleasure working with her. We left there Saturday, talked about it and returned Sunday. Had a few more questions, tested bed again and guess what- made the purchase.Thank you for everything you did for us as I would highly recomend her to anybody in the St.Louis area that is ready to make a change in their mattress but maybe their sleep style to receive the best night ever. As a teen I had adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, the result being a fusion of a eight inch rod in my back. I am now close to 68, over the years l worked 8 to 10 hours a day doing heavy lifting and standing on hard concrete floors. I also carried 2 sets of twins. As I have gotten older, I now have degenerative scoliosis in my lower back with 5 bad disc, I don't let that slow me down. I still mow my 2 acre lawn, do all the yard work including the weed wacking. Most days I am so sore I can hardly walk, as I take nothing for pain, but I sleep like a baby. Best investment I have ever made. I always wanted a Tempur Pedic, but couldn't afford one. I really wish I had bought one years ago. I love the way it conforms to my body. I sleep really well and wake up with little or no pain at all. I am more than really happy and the price was well worth it, and I would gladly payed more, just for the comfort and the best nights sleep that I have had in forty years, no kidding. I love my new mattress. I very highly recommend a Tempur Pedic to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the firm mattress and at first, we thought it may be too firm. However, once we started sleeping on it, it felt wonderful! My back never felt sore and I felt well rested. In fact, my sleep tracker indicated an increase of 1.5 hours of deep sleep each night once I changed to the Tempurpedic mattress. I was more rested, even though my total hours of sleep didn't change. The cooling gel also kept us from getting too hot at night.

This is my second Tempur-Pedic. The mattress delivered is completely unlike the version I tested in a Tempur-Pedic showroom. It is as hard as a rock. My backache this morning is painful. My online sales receipt says "ProAdapt" but does not specify ProAdapt or ProAdapt 1.0 or Pro Adapt 2.0. Yes, I was confused when the warranty drop down gave those 3 choices. The tag on my mattress says 2.0. How was I to know there is more than one version? I am told by customer service I probably tried an older version. 2.0 is currently being shipped. Nothing can be done until the 30 night trial is over. So, I am supposed to be sleep deprived for 30 nights, on this brick that was delivered to my house? I am not interested in letting the mattress confirm to my body or breaking it in. Thank you, Tempur-Pedic for the worst night's' I can remember. Fortunately, I kept my old mattress to give to a women's shelter. Unfortunately, they will not be getting it because the old mattress from 2006 is by far better than this misrepresentation.

After a long day with my whole body hurting I go to bed and wake up in the morning feeling like I have slept for two days. Even with my 5 hour sleep nights I feel rested in the morning.

From the perspective of a lightweight person, the "soft" mattress is a great balance between firm edges and just enough "sink" while you're sleeping. Have had it for 6 months and it's still just as comfortable as day one. Highly recommend.

Like most consumers I understand that the Tempur range is not the most budget friendly options. Having said this - you only really buy a bed every 5 - 10 years and our Tempur-ProAdapt has changed the game. Gone are aches and pains, full night sleep, no tossing no turning. I cannot stress enough what a difference there is between our TempurPedic and any of the previous beds I have ever owned. I cannot go back to any other brand ! Love this bed !

I have purchased way too mattresses in the past 10 years, searching for a good nights sleep. Finally, Tempurpedic Proadapt Firm mattress has given me reliably great rest every single night. Each night I go to bed and I think the mattress might be too hard for me, as I seem to lie on top of it rather than in it, however that thought lasts about 5-10 minutes and next I know, I'm waking up 8 hours later with no shoulder/ hip/ back pain. I also purchased the Adapt Prolo+cooling pillow and that, too, is a game changer for me ...no more neck pain. This purchase has genuinely changed my life for the better. No more Ibuprofen, no more Acetaminophen. I hope that everyone can find the relief I am enjoying.
