My husband and I had a popular brand 5 year old "hybrid" mattress. I began to wake up every morning with sore achy hips and back. I decided that the mattress was too firm for me. We went mattress shopping at a local furniture store. I had no intention of even looking at ANY foam mattresses. I had always heard that they were over-rated and slept "hot." The sales lady strongly suggested that I lay on a Tempur-pedic just to try it. I told her i wasn't interested, and proceeded to try out other brands, but didn't find one that I just loved, or that was soft enough for me. I finally tried out the Tempur-pedic Pro Adapt Soft and was shocked at how much i liked it! It didn't take long to decide to purchase it. Fast forward 2 months...this is by far the most comfortable mattress we have ever had!! No more aches and pains in the morning, and no it does not sleep "hot." We are 100% happy with our purchase!!

We let our pups sleep with us and they move around at night which in the past would wake me up anytime someone shifted. The motion transfer technology on this mattress is incredible so I don't wake up when the boys move around anymore! As far as comfort goes it's like sleeping on a soft, cool cloud! I am getting the best night sleep of my life every night now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Just a bit different than our last mattress. My wife and I love the space and are currently sleeping happily due to the space but we both feel hot and kinda wish we looked into the newest mattresses with the tempur cool lining.

We purchased a Pro-Adapt Firm, knowing we have 90 days to try it and purchase a different model if that one didn't work for us. After a month, we decided to upgrade. The payment system was apparently down and it took a week to get through to anyone to process the payment. We paid over $2,000 more for the upgrade over a month and a half ago. We still have not received the mattress. I've spent 3.5 hours on the phone on various holds over a couple days, only to be told that the delivery company for some reason has not scheduled the delivery. I was told I would get an answer on this and a delivery date within 24 hours. This was a week ago and I am now on the phone again, trying to get through to someone. I've been on hold for ___ minutes so far and still no one was picked up. I'm on an endless loop of an automated message. Do not buy from Tempurpedic online. If I had to do it over again, I would not buy from them at all. This has been incredibly frustrating.

I spent 25 years in Army/Joint Special Operations and beat my body up over that whole time. Parachute jumps, combat tours, 100 pound rucksacks left their toll on my back. I've looked for mattresses that would help me sleep abs finally decided that I needed to buy the best. My Tempur is the bomb and I'm finally getting the sleep I need, without the pain often associated with that. Loved it so much, I bought the massaging base and pillows. Love these products!

This is the best bed we have owned in our 45 years of marriage. Love the adjustable features. We have some aches and pains and the availability to put the bed into comfortable positions is a big plus. Our sleep patterns seems to come more quickly instead of thrashing around before settling in for the night.

Our innerspring mattress was 10 years old and we had been waking up with aches, pains and not feeling rested. Mind you, we are in our early 30's. We tried out all the tempur-pedic pro adapt models in store and settled on the king size medium hybrid. The adjustment period was literally a matter of days for us. The medium hybrid provides the perfect amount of support without being too firm for us and I think the transition from innerspring to memory foam was really easy because it's a hybrid. We look forward to going to bed every night and wake up feeling refreshed with no aches and pains. It has really helped improve our alignment as well. Wish we would have bought this sooner. We also bought the ergo base and love spending time in bed reading in zero gravity. Can't recommend this mattress enough! Pricey but well worth it. We have had our mattress almost 4 months.

We needed another bed but we only wanted one like the original one we purchased years ago. The Tempur-ProAdapt has met that standard! And we love it! Expensive but worth every penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I recently purchased the Queen Pro Adapt Firm mattress. Our previous queen mattress was also a Tempurpedic and we had that one for seventeen years. We can't say enough about the level of comfort the Tempurpedic provides. Shortly after purchasing the Queen Mattress, we also purchased a Supreme Medium Topper for our guest futon since we want our guests to be as comfortable as we are.

We replaced our old Tempur-Pedic firm memory foam which was 13 years old. Still adjusting to the new hybrid mattress but am convinced it is easier for my spouse to get out of bed than the old memory foam only. In addition, it is much more comfortable on my shoulders and hips so believe the coil springs help relieve some of the pressure. Only possible shortfall is that the edges are not as firm as the old memory foam but it has not caused any issue for us yet. Probably could have given it a 5 but want to wait and see how well it holds up. It's very expensive so would like to get at least 13 years out of this mattress.
