[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our original Tempur-pedic mattress from before they were rated for firmness was in need of a replacement. We tried several models and firmness ratings before settling on the Adapt Medium. It is as completely comfortable as our original and we are sure we will have many years of great sleep on our new mattress. Once you have experienced the comfort of Tempur-pedic, no other mattress will do.

I had the Tempurpedic Classic Symphony for 12 years and it was the best!! But it began to sag so I used my pro-rated warranty claim for a new mattress and foundation. The Symphony had been discontinued so I was given the medium adapt which is completely different. I have had it for around four weeks and have been in such pain upon waking, in my back, legs, and neck. It is also much higher. I had to buy anothe brand Mattress Topper, which has really helped and really the only way I've been able to keep it. It is comfortable now with it. It's not fair that you not only lose the 90 day trial, but are also stuck with the purchase when you use your warranty. I wish they hadn't discontinued the Symphony as it was firm but plush and comfy. All of the representatives were all very helpful and friendly though, and the claim process was great, other than the fact that I am not happy with the mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this bed so far. It's a bit harder than I would like, but my boyfriend is much heavier than me and wanted a firmer mattress. I've gotten used to it and I do sleep much better than with my old mattress. I also love that there is no motion transfer, so when my boyfriend wakes up early or I go to bed late we don't wake each other up. Great selling point for couples on different work/sleep schedules.

We purchased the adapt mattress with an ease zero gravity frame and it's been less than a year. We called the retailer for a warranty claim and got the run around through them after a couple months we were told we needed to call the manufacture After more run around I was told it would not be covered buy warranty because to Tempur-Pedic it sounded like a comfortably issue. Pryor to getting this bed neither my wife or me we're having back pain now we get at max 2 hrs of sleep a night with out have to adjust to another position most of the time she goes out on the couch. I have recently had to start going to the a chiropractor to help with the pain. Very poor customer service and poor quality product No stars and will never recommend to anyone. I know I'm wasting my time with this review I'm sure it will never be seen by the public.

I am not going to be critical nor do I want to change anyone's decision to purchase this product. But I as 1 person's review would like to tell you my experience. I have slept on a Memory Foam 4 inch top with 6 inches of medium foam as base for 13 years. The complaint I have with that old mattress is after 13 years it had "memorized" my pressure points that it became unbearable when moving from that "memory position" to another, causing back pain and shoulder pain. Using the Tempur-Adapt mattress, I no longer have any back or shoulder pain. I have also found that when lying on back I don't need a pillow. I also have a Tempurpedic Adjustable Base, which I wonder why I never purchased years ago. Just raising the head end only 2 inches, NO MORE SNORING...no longer being woke up in the middle of the night from spouse pushing on me to stop. I purchased a cover for the mattress which impedes the heat transfer that Tempurpedic is known for. That cover disappeared the first night! It's only been a month - but I will let you know in several years if I have the same attitude toward this product. Maybe I will move it to 5 stars...

Very happy with this mattress. However it does sleep a little warmer than our contour elite breeze we had. Not sure if there are sheets or a topper that can help eliminate that. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I don't find it too bad, but my husband does. I love how the mattress is soft but still supportive. Our last mattress was firm and it was too firm.

I have nothing but good things to say about this amazing bed. I thought the sales rep was kidding when he said that the bed will put you in deep sleep minutes after laying in it. Boy was he right ! We went from a full size pillow too to a king size temp hybrid. This purchase was a phenomenal investment !

After our dealer finally delivered the right bed, I personally love it, more nights of restful sleep for me. My husband apparently is never getting a restful nights sleep. This mattress is not cooling by any stretch of the imagine.... I mean unless you sleep on only the mattress. But you see here's the kicker. You have a warranty for this bed, as long as there are no stains etc. So you are forced into buying a cover, which keeps you from potentially staining the mattress but probably obscures the "cooling" feature of said mattress. I'm purely guessing here, but I would think my husband profuse sweating would qualify as a stain which would render the warranty void according to our dealer. So if this mattress really is cooling we would never know. Same goes for these awful "cooling" pillows, they do not work either. They didn't offer pillow covers, so I am sure they are no longer under warranty. Idk its an awful lot of money to spend on the possibilty of a cooling good nights sleep. Not sure I could recommend this to everyone, especially to those without a diagnosed reason for hot sleeping with sweating. Yet I'm happy with this mattress and so is my back, which I have a herniated disc and degenerative disc disease and I usually wake up pretty refreshed and feeling well with my back!

The mattress has a odor for up to one month after delivery. I allowed the smell to dissipate for one week prior to sleeping on it. I opened windows and left ceiling fan running with no sheets to help it along. The mattress itself is sturdy and the top cover is really nice and fits tight. I purchased the sheets and they do fit very well on the bed. I am a back sleeper and I find myself waking up in the middle of the night with discomfort. I suspect that a medium is too soft to support the lumbar correctly. I purchased the Hybrid hoping the coils would be more supportive. I am hoping with time, my back will feel better.

I love the comfort of my new Tempur-Pedic Medium Hybrid mattress but the foam makes it hot to sleep. It holds your body heat so I'm sleeping hot during the night. I hope I get used to this because it's Spring now and it will be hotter in the summer months. For comfort though, I love the feel of this mattress. Just wish it wasn't so hot. If you sleep hot I might NOT recommend this mattress.
