My partner and I have both been suffering for quite some time from back, neck and shoulder pain. We noticed we felt the worst in the mornings along with never getting a restful nights sleep. My husband and I purchased the Adapt Medium King mattress after trying several models. We previously had mid to high end conventional mattresses. We would purchase a new mattress every few years. We were also big mattress flippers, constantly trying to spin it to get a better feel. I typically would wake several times a night and rollover to get more comfortable. Additionally I had been experiencing side hip pain which caused me to wake and roll over often. I attributed this to being a middle aged runner and thought it came with the territory. After reading through, watching tons of reviews, and trying out many mattresses I chose the Tempur Adapt. I sleep through the night. In one week my back, neck, and hip pain are gone! It was the poor mattress previous sleeping on. Truly an amazing difference. Even the dog loves it he digs the covers off so he's aon the actual bed. Give yourself a week + to get used to it especially if you slept on an innnerspring in the past it's different but a great different. Get the pillows to it's all worth the cost. I am going to use the 90 day sleep guarantee and step up one level to the Tempur Pro Adapt. Just a bit more cost wise but for me I want the additional 1" APR, (Advanced Pressure Relief), material and bit more cooling concept as I sleep hot. If you are considering a new mattress look no further!

I have found the mattress to be firmer than the one in the show room, making me wonder if it will become as comfortable as that one was. Hips and shoulders are less tight, but still feeling some of that after sleeping on my side. I was told it would take a bit of time to soften up a bit, so here's hoping.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was definitely on the firm side when I first received it, but after some time, it's now great - it's still a little firm, but I actually prefer that over too plush. Overall very comfortable as a back sleeper.

We had a sleep number prior to getting g this bed and it was horrible from the start we finally pulled the trigger and got a this mattress and when I laid on it i experienced everything I wanted to experience with my old mattress and more I never slept better I would buy this over and over and over again! My husband and I are so happy we can sleep comfortably through the night and whenever one of us gets up the other one doesn't even notice this mattress is heaven sent!

With the mattress and the bed base, both have made a difference for my wife and myself. Raising the head and feet have almost eliminated snoring. My wife does not wake myself or her up during the night and she gets a complete nights sleep. I have also noticed no more back pain and majorly reduced hip pain. The mattress does not move when one of us moves or turns on a different side.

I was in a car accident a little over a year ago. Caused two herniated discs. I always woke up in pain that would last the whole day. I went into a furniture store and laid on this. It was FANTASTIC! First of all let me say that this bed wasn't my first option. I had purchased a Sealy hybrid Mattress plush.great mattress but I did notice that the queen was more narrow then my previos bed. So after the 30 day trial I returned it and decided to give the temper pedic hybrid a shot. Well let me just say that I am 1000% percent satisfied with my purchase. First the bed it's an actual queen size bed. 60' across. Secondly even though it's a medium firm bed and I'm a true side sleeper I was totally restfully sleeping on this bed just like a newborn baby. This bed it's a must have. Trust me you won't regret it. Yes it's a lil pricey but worth every penny. You get what you pay for. This mattress rockssssss. Now I'm sleeping like a king again.
