[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress is good. It's pretty comfortable. Im a side sleeper and my shoulders and hips have issues it seems. However, the adjustable base helps some with that. I don't think the "cooling" stuff in the mattress cover does anything, especially after you put a mattress protector and a fitted sheet on top of it. Ours doesn't have much "cooling" stuff and I'm glad as I think paying more for stuff you're hiding under layers of cloth would be a waste of money. It has helped my ankles/achilles-tendons which were previously very stiff in the morning. My lower back is also doing much better with this mattress than my prior mattress. The medium firm is pretty firm still - we've only had it for a short period of time and we keep the room pretty cool - so it stays on the firmer side. My only real negative is, it's expensive!

This is our second Tempur-Pedic mattress and it has not disappointed us. This mattress keeps you slightly cooler than our old Cloud mattress did, which is great. I haven't overheated once. Also, I am typically a toss and turn kind of sleeper, so this mattress is great for my wife, allowing her to sleep too! However, I do not toss and turn on this mattress even close to what I used to, plus I don't wake up with sore shoulders etc. and I am a side sleeper only.

Most mattresses would leave me with a sore back in the morning. Also feeling sluggish and slow to start the day. With this mattress I am waking up refreshed, no back pain and feel ready to go. This is by far the best mattress I have ever owned.

It has been one fabulous month with my new mattress and I am not suffering any of that anymore. More so, I love the grooved fabric feeling and love getting into bed at 4pm to lay on my mattress❤️

This mattress is perfect! It feels as if it cradles my body perfectly and I haven't had such a sound sleep in years.

Im a big guy and has good bounce from the spring feel sturdy to hold up thru the years.time will tell. I dont overheat so thats a huge plus. so far only downside is the unkown and i would have liked more foam softness on the top of the mattress to get a lil more sink in feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The delivery was organized, on time and efficient. Great service. This has been the best sleep I have had in years. It's the right firmness for comfort. I have trouble staying asleep at night but since about two weeks into sleeping on this mattress, my rem and deep sleep have been better. It has even helped my husband with his snoring. My hands do not fall asleep anymore either. I'm up very early in the morning to go to the gym, and the stillness of the mattress doesn't wake my husband. Nor does it wake me when he comes to bed late at night. We got a cover for the mattress for under the sheets and it's helped prevent the cats from scratching. They seem to like it as well, and have not been tempted to scratch it.

Moved from a bed in a box to this, as my prior experiences with Tempurpedic was always a great nights sleep. I went with the hybrid as it seemed to imply a bit more support would be gained from the springs. After 3 nights, I was waking up with back pain nearly hourly, having to adjust position (get out of the crater) to fall back asleep. Approximately 1 month out now, it has only gotten worse and I am going to return the mattress. Truly unfortunate, but it was it is. I'm a 5'10 200lb person, so not small, but not huge. My wife is 5'4 130lb, and also is shocked by the prior mattress being more supportive (this was the reason we moved on from it).
