This is our second tempurpedic mattress and we LOVE it, the improvements are noticeable. My husband has finally found relief to his joint pain from his cancer treatments and the Ease base adds so much more to getting in the right position for a great nights sleep! Worth every penny!

It's a firm mattress that does give with your body. It's a comfortable mattress. The store were we brought the mattress he said I needed to get the high profile base but I have some trouble getting in the bed because I am short. So I think the low profile would have been better for me. It's a very nice mattress.

Since my hip replacement surgery, I had a terrible time getting in and out of bed as our mattress was too tall. We've had Tempur-Pedic before so we went back to this one. I LOVE IT! I can get in and out of bed without a problem, it's SO comfortable and we get a fantastic night's sleep. There is nothing we don't love about it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great mattress.

This mattress has enabled me and my wife to sleep so soundly and comfortably that we rarely wake up unless we need to go to the bathroom. My brother-Law and his wife bought one and invited us over to look at theirs. We lay down on theirs and it was so comfortable and just like laying on layer of clouds with no humps or bumps, just perfectly flat. We were so amazed with the feel of the mattress we went the very next day and purchased one for ourselves! I know we will never regret it. There is nothing that We don't love about our mattress! I just praise the Lord that we were able to afford one so good.

Finally convinced my better half we needed to upgrade our bed. We went with a split king with adjustable bases. Finally a bigger and better, bed. We both love it. My spouse who was hesitant about spending so much money said he would gladly do it all over again. The best nights sleep we have had in years. The adjustment period was a breeze because we already had an inferior queen memory foam bed. My spouse said she sleeps 300% better.

I said if she could afford it, I would love a temperpedic. I was okay with just that but she added the adjustable base. Our marital bed is the best gift we received , I'm so happy we did. My experience has been bad. I bought the mattress from a local mattress company. When I started to have back problems, I called the number for Tempur-Pedic that said "Need Help? Talk to a sleep Expert." They refused to help me other than to tell me to call the mattress store since I did not buy the mattress direct from Tempur-Pedic. When one spends a lot of money to buy an expensive mattress, one would want to try it out first and you can't do that by ordering it directly from the manufacturer, I would think. I think I got the run around from Tempur-Pedic. I spent a lot of money for an expensive mattress and they only were willing to talk about if there was a factory defect. A back problem was a "comfort" issue and I was told to call the mattress store. The most useful comments suggested below says to contain specific information: How this product has changed my life: I have a back problem now. I don't know if it was coincidental with the purchase of the Tempur-Pedic mattress. But despite giving a phone number to call for help, I felt that they blew me off. Things you love about it: Nothing Things you don't love about it: I spent a lot of money to get a superior mattress, and I don't know if it is contributing to my back problem or not, but Tempur-Pedic in my opinion is giving me no useful help.

I celebrated my retirement by splurging on a Adapt Medium. I had gotten my money's worth out of my old foam mattress and it was time for a change, but this time I was going to do it right. I got an education about mattresses from our locally-owned Mattress Firm in Albuquerque and tried out just about every bed in the store. When I met the Adapt Medium, it was love at first sight and after the friendly salesman introduced me to the Ergo Smart Base, the deal was sealed. Sure, there was a little ticket shock at first, but you get what you pay for in this world and the time we spend sleeping is pretty significant, so why not get one of the best beds made? The company sent two young men to take away my old bed and set up the new one. They were in and out like a flash, but not before they showed me how the base works and answered all my questions. It's been a week now since I bought my Adapt mattress and I love it! Not only do I wake up in the morning feeling bright-eyed, but those aches and pains I've been accustomed to lately have all but disappeared.

Not sure it was the right decision to purchase this mattress. The sales person did a great job selling his product. For example, "Once you sleep on a Tempurpedic, you won't sleep well on a hotel mattress." I don't find that to be true. Considering the price paid, I had high expectations. I don't think the mattress is making a significant difference in my sleep. I don't find it to be any better, or worse, than my previous, less-expensive mattress. I believe I could have spent less and gotten a different brand product that would have been just as good.

Mattress is too stiff and doesn't conform to the bends in the adjustable base. Hopefully with time it will loosen up some more but hasn't so far. Comfort level is OK, but I could stand it to be a bit softer. Won't recommend but it could be fine for others.
