[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We could not be happier with our Tempur-Adapt Medium Hybrid mattress. Picked the hybrid because we wanted a little more support than just foam. Mattress forms to our bodies and gives support where you need it. It is very stable, can't even feel partner moving. It starts out a little to firm for our liking, but breaks in and gets softer. Best sleeper have ever had!

My husband has an acid reflux and the head elevation helps him sleep better. The massage and zero gravity features are great especially when you're feeling tired. So far we've been using the bed for almost a month now and I don't find anything wrong with it. It's comfortable and easy to use.

I purchased two TWIN XL Medium Adapt mattresses from two different stores within two months of each other and within the last six months. The first mattress is much softer than the second one,, i.e. the firmness is lacking. It is obvious that the mattress is defective but Tempurpedic will not warranty it because their claim is that the mattress has to have a sag or depression. They believe that the same model does not necessarily have to feel the same from one mattress to another. I interpret that to be that they have quality defects in production and they don't want to stand behind their product. I submitted a warranty claim but Tempur wants to ignore it because it is not in their interest to stand behind their product. Tempur is asking for pictures that are impossible to provide.

I am giving it three stars because I feel that the mattress is too firm for what we wanted and the Tempur-Adapt does not have a softer option. We are considering returning because we want to be in love with our mattress at the price we've paid.

Pro: What I love about the product is the motion free aspect. I am a light sleeper and I never feel my partner roll over which I never experienced with a regular mattress. We've been experiencing back pain for months of using this mattress and at first I was thinking, we just need to break in the mattress cause it's new even after the 90 days trial I still waited cause I thought I have to wait more till it get better. At first I thought I'm the only one experiencing back pain till my husband one time asked me if I'm experiencing back pain from the mattress cause he does. I regret buying this mattress. My husband even slept on the side of the bed and it's still the same. I'm in my late 20's and my husband in his early 30's both are in normal and healthy weight and we always experience back pain on this mattress. So disappointed.

Sleeping on this for a month now. So far the best mattress I've owned in my six decades. I no longer wake up in middle of night with hip pain. There is no constsnt tossing and turning. I also purchased the electric base for head and feet elevation when desired, especially since I like to read in bed. All I can say is should have done this sooner. Haven't yet discovered what I don't like about it.

The mattress they recommended is awful. Couldn't sleep on it. Called them,chatted with them. Asked to return. I'm sitting here with a worthless mattress and nobody has helped to start a return. A whole week and I'm told I'll hear back by Oct 6th. What???? I would have upgraded to a more expensive mattress but no one seems to want my purchase. I have a credit line with Wells Fargo for the upgrade. They have lost a long time customer. Unheard of behavior.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to sleep on an air mattress for more than 5 years (continued purchases) and let me say, switching was the best decision i ever made! I absolutely love the tempur technology. I specifially got the temper hybrid adapt along with the cooling pillows and the products deliver true comfort and reliability. If i had the funds I probably would've chosen the tempur breeze! Honestly, the tempur-pedic mattress is a great step into long term investments, as well as long perfect nights rest!

We have waited a long time to buy a tempurpedic, mainly because of cost after years of a spring mattress that didn't last that long and many back aches I pulled the trigger. We tried every memory foam mattress we could at the stores and didn't find anything like our temper adapt medium. No more back pain for me! Only one complaint. The cover is slippery so sheets don't stay put. Still have to find a solution for that one
