We've had a king-sized Tempurpedic bed for over 20 years and LOVED IT! That mattress changed our lives; no more hip aches, backaches or 3 a.m. tinkle fairy calls. When we decided to get a new bed, we went right back to Tempurpedic. Owning one of these beds is a huge investment and we're thinking this will be the last bed we'll have, at this point in our lives. Getting older and dealing with digestion issues and sinus issues, we went with a new Tempurpedic Adustable Bed with two twin XL beds so we can each adjust our own side. Having been used to a very hard, stable bed, we went to the Medium, at the suggestion of our salesperson. We thought we were coming down one level, to a less hard mattress with a little give) and these new beds are quite a bit softer than what we are used to. I've already returned my mattress once. We LOVE the adjustable part! No more digestive issues at all! I just wish the mattress wasn't so soft. It takes some getting used to, I guess. We also got $300 worth of Tempurpedic products free - unfortunately, the sheets that we got do not stay on the mattresses well, they lift off the edges and bunch underneath you; and the two mattress covers were like sleeping on diapers (the noise and sounds were very disruptive to our sleep; so I've replaced both mattress pads and the two sheet sets that we got for "free". But no complaints with my new pillows!! I do want to say to anyone thinking of purchasing a mattress - lay on them for a long period of time; purchasing a mattress is a huge commitment, financial and health wise and should not be made in a few minutes sitting on a bunch of mattresses. Tell your salesperson what you like and do not like about your current mattress. I wish that the store's return policy was more accommodating; apparently you can only return once - even though you have two mattresses (yes, you get 30 days to return but when you've waited three weeks for your mattress and in four days' time, realize you hate it), of course you want to return immediately for a replacement which, unfortunately took another three weeks to arrive. One really great thing about the new, improved Tempurpedic mattresses vs. my old one; they're much cooler; breath better, I'm sure due to better materials.

I'd always assumed that I would hate a Tepur-pedic mattress as I'm not a big fan of memory foam type of pillows/mattresses. But I absolutely LOVE this mattress!! And the pillow that came with it at the time of purchase. I really feel like my body is supported in a custom way. I'm a side sleeper, and this mattress feels like it is cradling my hip and shoulder. There was a big of a smell for the first week or so but very mild. The only negative thing I have to mention is that a salesperson sold us a different brand mattress protector (not Tempur-pedic) that was pretty awful. It made the bed feel too warm. I then purchased a Tempur-pedic mattress protector and that took care of the temperature issue. Seriously, I wish I had bought this mattress years ago. Am sleeping better and waking up less stiff. Totally worth the money!!

I have been having back issues for awhile which I felt stemmed from an old mattress. We landed on a split king Tempur-Pedic and zero gravity is amazing! My husband does not care for it or the split beds, but the comfort is top notch and the options to relieve pressure from the adjustable base is wonderful! My daughter plays club volleyball so the worst part about traveling now is knowing I will hate a hotel bed for 2 days and come back with back pains to work through again!

I had a split cal king tempurpedic bed for 16 years prior to this medium hybrid bed. This one is definately taking more time to break in. I have only had it for 3 weeks so it is an adjustment and taking my body some time to get used to the new firmness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always had back issues with my old mattress and since buying and using the medium hybrid my back problems are no longer a thing. This is a great entry-level mattress into Tempurpedic. I just wish some of the other high-end mattresses that have the cooling technology were more affordable because I tend to be a hot sleeper.

I am a large person. 6'-7" - 250 LBS. This bed has zero support and is very hot. The deeper my body sinks into the mattress, the hotter it gets. We have had our mattress for 1 year, and I was hoping that my experience would improve, but it has not. I still wake up every morning stiff and longing for some comfort. Not what we were expecting or wanted. We tried to get a refund but the allowed time has already passed.

We're sleeping very well after our purchase. Super stoked Magdi Ahmed was patient with us while we were in the La Jolla store. He educated us about the different beds and let us try all the beds before we made our decision. He was also knowledgeable about which pillows worked well with sleeping positions and mattress style, very helpful. So far we are very pleased with our decision to buy a Tempurpedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 12 years ago, my husband and I purchased a tempurpedic mattress. 5 years later our 18 year old daughter begged for one so we got another. We just moved into a new home and purchased the third for our 11 year old son. We all sleep better. Highly recommend!

Was very very hopeful about this mattress, but I am side sleeper and get no support in my lower back. I wake up everyday with so much back pain, and toss and turn all night. We used our sleep trial to get this mattress so I'm unfortunately stuck with it and pain for a long time. Would only recommend this product if you are very small and have narrow hips and shoulders.

It has not lived up to expectations, with what we paid I expected a comfortable nights sleep but instead wake every morning with a back problem. Talked to several dealers before our purchase and for side sleepers was told which would be the best choice.
