Having own a temperpedic king for 13 years it was time to upgrade and we are very please with the new setup delivery was prompt and they removed the old mattress and bases we love the adjustable bases as with all temperpedics making up the bed is a bit of a chore but doing the split twins is a little easy to maneuver than the old king look forward to enjoy for years to come by the way we are both seniors FYI

We slept on the mattress for 33 nights then went to the retailer seeking a refund invoking the 90 refund policy. The mattress is too firm. Both my wife and I slept poorly and got up each morning sore. An exchange for a softer Tempurpedic was going to cost an additional $800 and that became an excessive expense on top of the high price of the original purchase. We chose not to buy it. We are both 60 and of average height and normal weight. The best thing I can say is the refund from the retailer was no hassle.

It only took a couple of nights to realize I had made the best purchase ever. I was waking up every night around 3 in the morning with pain in my hips and back. Now I sleep thru the night without any pain. I always look forward to climbing into my bed and loving a good night sleep. Even a nap in the middle of the day is a treat.

Didn't know how much we needed a new mattress until we bought this. We both are very old and have lots of aches and pains. This mattress did not disappoint. Sleep much better now. Wish we had bought it years ago. Also bought the adjustable frame and like this also.

I had purchased the Tempur-Cloud model back in 2013, and most recently the Tempur-Adapt Medium firmness mattress (queen size). Since my initial purchase in 2013 I can no longer look at other beds as purchasing options. What I love about this mattress is that I am guaranteed a great night sleep. It has the perfect firmness. After a long day of work, I look forward towards relaxing on my Tempur-Adapt to read or watch a bit of TV before hitting the hay. What I hate about it, is that I've become spoiled. When I travel to see my parents or siblings for a weekend, the quality of sleep and comfort does not compare to my mattress. When asked to recommend mattresses to friends and family, I always recommend Tempurpedic. IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!

New replacement mattress was delivered today and when delivery man took plastic off and placed on adjustable base we both noticed a very distinct bulge all the way around the mattress. This is the same reason why the warranty replacement was done. What is the reason for this??? I would like to be contacted. I'm not a happy customer at this point!

I had the Tempurpedic Classic Symphony for 12 years and it was the best!! But it began to sag so I used my pro-rated warranty claim for a new mattress and foundation. The Symphony had been discontinued so I was given the medium adapt which is completely different. I have had it for around four weeks and have been in such pain upon waking, in my back, legs, and neck. It is also much higher. I had to buy anothe brand Mattress Topper, which has really helped and really the only way I've been able to keep it. It is comfortable now with it. It's not fair that you not only lose the 90 day trial, but are also stuck with the purchase when you use your warranty. I wish they hadn't discontinued the Symphony as it was firm but plush and comfy. All of the representatives were all very helpful and friendly though, and the claim process was great, other than the fact that I am not happy with the mattress.

I am in love with our new TempurPedic ProAdapt medium mattress. Since our purchase, my sleep has improved tremendously. I love getting into bed at night, ready for rest and comfort. I am able to fall asleep faster. I wake up feeling less sore and stiff. I'm so happy we invested in this mattress!!
