We were so excited to make the switch to temperpedic & have been less than impressed. The mattress is very hot and bouncy.

Purchased my Mattress on August 24 haven't had it almost a month waking up with aches and pains. I believe it's too hard.

My first warranty went through just fine. My second mattress was denied for not having a deep enough dent. They said I could try again later.

I owned a Tempur-pedic a few years ago, I couldn't wait for my new Tempur-pedic. Now I sleep a lot better and my back is loving it!!.
