It is a quality mattress. I have hip pain and it seems firm for me. I chose an adjustable frame to help with position also. I need to sleep on it longer to adapt.

Wow,,, I've had issues with my sciatic nerve in my lower back for 7-8 months,,, my first few nights of sleep slowed that pain down,,, plus I've had couple steroid shots, but my back is better because of my new bed,,,
