Instructions let you know how it works, but really its so simple you can just figured it out yourself. But great to have a helping hand with big photos and clear instructions. Takes a bit of batteries to use, but I havent had to replace them yet. The sensor works great, however if you have black gloves on it cannot detect. So that was my only con about it, but I found that all you have to do is pull the glove down a bit and it will work. As to why I am using it with gloves is because I often have to sanitize my gloves while wearing. Also, it just seems to be with black gloves. Ive tried orange, white and purple gloves, they have all worked with the dispenser with no issues. It has an on and off switch so you can turn it off when not in use or keep it constantly on. Also the drip tray is handy if it is getting used often, prevents and messes. Plus allows you not to have to actually touch the dispenser and keeps your hands clean. The sanitizer is everything you want! I have used other brands and we all know what using sanitizer constantly will do to your hands. Not this brand though, my hands have never felt softer. Not only do I have peace of mind using it but also I get the added benefit of having soft hands. The other plus side is the scent of this. Its long lasting and it smelled really great. Not at all like a chemical! I would buy a whole set and give them to family and friends. I'm not even sure if I will be able to use another product, after using this one. Highly recommend!

Works great and dispenses the right amount, easily. These have the catch trays underneath and I highly recommend them because soap on the floor becomes a hazard

It was easy to install, and appears to be very sturdy and well-built. I feel as though we have a high quality commercial dispenser just for the three of us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great dispenser overall. The standing base is a bit bigger than we expected, but we were able to make it work. The stand is a great addition for this type of dispenser, because it doesn't require as much setup as one that goes on the wall. This is a good product for someone who needs a dispenser set up quick. No problems at all with the unit itself, tried with two different brands of gel sanitizer and it works like a charm with both.

Unlike other automatic dispensers that I've owned in the past, this one can run off either battery or electricity (cord not included). It also holds much more than what I'm used to which is great because I don't have to fill it up nearly as often. Another thing that I really like about it is that it doesn't dispense too much (less waste) or too little. I'd definitely recommend Alpine if you're in the market for a great quality, dependable, automatic dispenser!

I like that you can use lots of different soaps and sanitizers with it instead of being locked into using one proprietary brand. It has the clear window so you can see when its running low and it has the tray underneath to catch any dropped sanitizer or soap so it doesn't get on your floor!

For people who are preparing to grab the handle, or grabbed the door handle after washing their hands - it's that added layer of protection to make them feel comfortable, confident, and clean.

The motion activated dispense is pretty neat because it can run on 4 C size batteries or can be plugged in. I appreciate the way this dispenser opens on a hinge for refill or battery replacement.

Quietly dispenses the perfect amount every time. Assembly was quick and easy, I didn't even need to refer to the directions at all. Quality product, feels sturdy and well made. Highly recommended!
