It is automatic so no one has to touch it except to change the batteries or refill the hand sanitizer. It is tall enough for adults, but not too tall for children to use. It also doesn't take up a lot of space. It's a great thing to have in the midst of a global pandemic when handwashing is not available.

The dispenser and the case of sanitizer were packaged nicely and arrived separately. The instructions were adequate. After just a few quick measurements of the unit and marking matching lines to my drywall where I wanted to install the dispenser, it didn't take long for me to hang the dispenser onto the screws. Thank you for including the drywall anchors along with the screws. The dispenser didn't include batteries or an AC power cord, but thankfully I had some batteries on hand. It's nice to know that it has the ability to plug in a power cord. I'm sure I have an extra cord in our shop, should the need arise. The hand sanitizer feels effective and smells like lavender and alcohol, but not overwhelming. My husband thinks it smells like tequila, but in a good way. I would recommend this dispenser and lavender scented gel sanitizer to anyone who has a business or workshop that attracts customers. This makes us feel like we are ensuring a clean environment in our workshop/garage.

I work in a medical office as a switchboard operator/cashier for our building ..as I dont see patients that much I do see receptionist that are constantly in front of patients...so this has truly been a blessing being able to have a sanitizer system in my office..Now my cashiers come in, sanitize, take care of their business and sanitize again on their way out.
