About 4 years ago I replaced the battery in my key fob. It's still going strong today, I'm not disappointed with the performance. I can honestly say that it's a long-lasting battery. I just recently purchased another one again for when ever this other battery goes out.

From experience I can tell you they last much longer than lower quality and less expensive batteries. I use them for my Apple Air Tags and for all my car remotes and key fobs, but they are used for many other devices as well. I always keep a few of these on hand. Energizer is my go-to brand due to the batteries quality and longevity.

Kids love them. I love these little button batteries bc they have extra child safe protection and added bitter to keep them safer and they last a really long time. We lost a set of car keys 2 years ago- yes, 24 months of looking- and when we found them the battery was, not surprisingly, dead. Happily, there was no rust or leakage from the Energizer battery in the key fob despite years of just sitting. I was able to pop out the old, putting the new and the key fob works perfectly!
