The packaging is harder for kids to open and now has a bitter tastes in the event a child puts one in their mouth. We use these batteries for everything, from welding hoods to key fobs to watches. So after I got mine, we went out and purchased a 4 and 6 pack to keep on hand.

I am so impressed with the safety of this product! Firstly no matter how you bend the packaging the battery will not be released, I had to use scissors to cut the battery out of the package. Secondly, the battery is equipped with a special dye, so if moisture (like saliva) touches the battery the blue color will release. I added a dip of water and the due releases right away. This is great to know if a child was playing with it and put in in their mouth. The dye will be a big tell. Thirdly, the batteries all have a bitter taste to discourage a child from putting it into their mouth and swallowing. I am a grandma of a 1 year old, and I am completely sold. I love the idea of this technology.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These batteries are reliable and long lasting. I’ve used them for small devices such as key fobs and Apple air tags. They come well packaged that do require some sort of scissors or related item to open them. Definitely recommend them.

I got to save overall impression of this battery is that it lasts a lot longer than other typical brands my key fob stopped working after a few years for my vehicle and I purchased this one and I've had it over a year and it's worked every time and would definitely recommend.

It fits perfectly and is a relief to know that I will once again be able to find my keys if I misplace them. I appreciate that this battery has an extended battery life of up to 10 years when in storage. Other batteries this size usually last only a year or two at best. I am going to purchase more for my other specialty items around the house.

I bought these Energizer batteries on sale and thought I'd give them a shot. My car fob requires this battery. I was a bit disappointed with the durability of the Energizer compared to Duracell, they don't seem to last as long and I burned through them twice as fast.

I can’t speak to the longevity over a long period of time, but I have been using my tumbler over the past 2 weeks and have had no trouble. Highly recommend!
