It's toilet paper. The value is good. It's not soft but great to save money? Although the price has gone up too much lately.

Texture is rough and toilet paper is very thin. I would not buy this again. Think cheap gas station toilet paper.

This toilet paper sucks. It is two ply but the two sheets make a single sheet . Not soft . Wish I could send it back.

Quality has declined since I first began purchasing this several years ago. Used to be decent but now is made very thin and paper-y.
