Quality of product has deteriorated. I have been buying this case for over 5 years so trust me, i know when something has changed. the quality is awful now. you have to use more of the tissue so that your hands dont punch through it as you're wiping ( which is really gross) and that defeats the purpose of trying to save in this economy if you have to use twice the amount of product as you did before. after i use up what i have left i wont be buying this brand any longer. such a shame. as others have stated dont try and fool a customer who has bought the same product for years. we instantly know when something has changed.

Something seems to have changed with this product. Have purchased in the past as a less expensive alternative, %26 though not a super plush or uber quality product, it was sufficient. Just recently purchased it again to try %26 stretch our budget, but it feels like the 1-ply toilet paper products I refuse to purchase, which is not a compliment. Literally had to try to pull the layers apart to see if there is even a 2nd ply. It is there, but it is so very thin.

If it's the only toilet paper you have available, it'll do. Thinnest 2-ply toilet paper I've ever used. Rough. Frustrating to tear off at every use. Have to use twice as much paper as other brands. I'm going to buy a different brand and save this POM for emergency stock.

4.5 out of 5 stars???! NO WAY. This is the single most crappy (lol) toilet paper my delicate private parts have ever been touch by! I mean it, the quality is just NOT there. Terrible: thin, really dry, practically chunks of wood, holes in the little square sheets,...what else could I say? Really icky quality.

I have been grateful through the years for affordable toilet paper that has great quality but over the year this manufacturer has consistently lowered the quality to the point I'm ready to try a different brand. They have pushed me to my limits. First the box became weaker and the handles tear when picking it up, next it became more narrow, it used to quilted on both sides now it's quilted on one side (barely) and it breaks down too easily. All in the interest of profits over quality. It feels as though they think we are stupid and won't notice or that they don't care about their consumers and know people with lower income won't have a choice, will buy it anyway and just have to deal with it.

I am a commercial user %26 I also buy this product for my home, I am a Sam's customer for well over 20 years, They have slipped on this one, before we can put this on the roll in our mens room %26 also at my home your need to peel off a handfull of paper before you can get it to reel off. I have thought about this before I wrote this %26 I have been dying to let others know, this is not just one shipment, this has been ongoing, I can't wait until this last shipment is finished, no more will I buy a product especially toilet paper that I have to fix before I can wipe, I love Sam's but someone has to tell the management to go %26 try to peel off the tissue without taking 2-3 minutes to get it to work.

A lot better than it looks? I was tired of the competitors tissue falling apart!! Decided to try this and when I unwrapped it looked a lot thinner. It is really sturdy, does not fall apart and seems to be a lot better on the plumbing as well! I would highly recommend this. It also lasts a lot longer than the competitor club place.

Don’t buy this product it’s the worst toilet paper I’ve ever used. It’s sad they even sale it to be honest. All I can say is just don’t waste your money on this because it’s so thin you can read through it. I can’t wait till I’m done with the box because every time I use it I’m mad about the money I wasted on this horrible product. I didn’t want to give it any stars to be honest.

Not only is POM making its roll Rougher and Thinner, my July purchase revealed the roll was 1/8 inch shorter tha my June purchase. Junes Roll was a full 4 inches Wide, compard to the new 3 7/8" Wide Roll. Since 45 of the rolls are in a carton, total width of 45 rolls was 180 inches compared to the new 174.375 inches. This my freind is a shortage of 1.62 rolls of tissue. The price is same $26.83, however with 1.62 rolls less, you are now paying 62 cents instead of 60 cents a roll or 90 cents/case extra for the same 45 rolls, with thinner tissue and a much rougher texture. Manufacturers make sure they kill everything good in a product nowdays , for the sake of profit.

We will only purchase this toilet paper from now on. It has a beautiful quilted pattern, yes it is 2 ply, yes it is soft enough, yes it doesn't leave a pile of lint on the floor or on any of my family members. No it doesn't feel like sand paper, no it doesn't shred in use, no you don't have to use more than any other toilet paper. Best of all it is a very economical price for how many sheets and rolls are in a case AND it is septic safe. It's toilet paper for goodness sake - it does what it needs to do.
