I feel like most bottled protein drinks have weird aftertaste, but this just tasted like a chocolate milkshake! I like to use my protein drinks as creamers for my coffee and this was so perfect. It was very tasty to drink, and although I am transitioning to a non-dairy diet, for dairy this was very tasty. I would recommend if you are looking for something with high protein content. But I do love how much protein is in it, my body thanks me when I drink this because I produce double the breast milk for my baby, so it's good but tastes yucky

(Although I refrigerated it before hand lol) The only downside is it makes me realllly bloated. Might just be me personally, but that may deter me from purchasing in the future.

I do like that its low in sugar because I can drink nit on my restrictive diet. The labeling was bright, appealingly and informative. I do think nits a lit1tle pricey though.
