However, my stomach did not feel great after it and neither did my partner's. I do have a sensitive stomach though so it might not be a problem for others.

They need protein and lots of it. Core Power has been an amazing source of protein for both of them. The taste is amazing, it tastes just like chocolate milk, it is not chalky at all! 42 grams of protein and 9 essential amino acids! We highly recommend this protein shake!
