I bought this months ago, and let me tell you. If you are only looking to better your performance on the field, weight room, track or whatever sport you play. Fair life is the way to go. This milk only consist of high quality ingredients and high quality protein. Depending on which form you purchase it in, it comes in a quick easy, concealable, and CONVENIENT packaging. You can take it as a quick snack on the road or you could even use 1 or 2 as a quick easy meal replacement. As a person who takes weight training seriously this is SUPER CONVENIENT. Instead of having to meal prep the night before staying up for countless hours in order to get my daily calories, and protein intake. I just go to my fridge and grab one of these and hit the road, and in one big gulp I just had 230 calories for 42 grams of protein. This product is amazing! I highly encourage any readers skeptical about buying fair life milk, DO IT. This milk is more than beneficial for quick easy protein packed calories.

I am not really a "chocolate" person but wanted the 42 g of protein. After I had my 1st drink I was "hooked". It tastes amazing! I sometimes put it in the freezer just long enough to get thickened up like a milk shake - and that tastes even better. I typically drink Premier Protein drinks but Fairlife Core Power 42 g is way better. Also, I am lactose intollerant, and this one is lactose free. I like the 42 g version better than the 30 g version.
