The flavor is still good(like chocolate milk and smooth) and even my kids enjoyed it. It felt like it actually held me over until my next meal. Meaning I had a small lunch around noon, then I drank this around 2pm and I was able to make it to dinner around 530pm without feeling starving.

While not my favorite flavor of Core Power, this shake still exceeded my expectations! It doesn't have the same WOW factor that the regular chocolate Core Power has (which tastes like Nesquik, btw), but still tastes pretty good, albeit with a slightly watered down chocolately flavor. If you're looking for protein, this is your shake. Otherwise, I'd recommend this brand's regular chocolate shake! :)
