The taste is pleasant and a rich chocolate flavor. I find that Core Pore doesn't have the typical chalky whey taste. At a whopping 42G of protein, this shake was filling. I was full for hours, which helped me to not have bored snacking. This is a great way to get in some protein and meet your goals. Definitely a great price point also.

I'm a Mom of three who doesn't eat well rushing around getting my kids to their various activities- so to have a quick healthy option instead of fast food is great.
