So I would rate this Tuna as second best. It's not bad. However, Safe Catch is thus far the best Tuna I have ever had (in a can).

Found dark tuna meat in with the supposed all white albacore tuna. What's up Sam's? Have been buying this for year's and just recently found dark meat in the cans.

If you have not tried albacore tuna this is a must try. It's flakey, mild in flavor and smell (for fishyness) and the texture is great. When combined into a tuna salad it does not overpower the other ingredients, everyone gets to shine then.

I had been using brand name regular tuna (Star..) but was annoyed the amount of tuna did not match the label. I decided to give the supposedly better tuna a chance. 1) it also did not match the serving size. I actually got less than the label said. 2) the tuna had ZERO flavor. I used the same recipe I always use and it was extremely bland. I will not buy it again.

This is Sam's Club brand albacore Tuna. I get it for cat treats and occasional human snacking. It is high in protein and fairly low in calories. The cats like it really well as an occasional treat. I would advise trying to use the entire can as it loses its slight pink color rather quickly once it is opened.

I usually make tuna salad for sandwiches. This tuna is perfect.

Good texture and tastes good. Worth the money spent.

Worst tuna I've ever had. Stinks and tastes like bad fish. Tiny slivers of fish with a few chunks. Though I'd try Members Mark, put I'll stick with national brand next time.

Is it Greater Tuna? Nope, it is tuna one eats on a nice rye bread. It does everything a tuna is expected to do, lays there and get eaten.

My first choice for canned tuna. Definitely prefer it over chunk white tuna and of course the price is good.
