It worked for a week then now it won't hold a charge at all

It does not come with the solar panels. The description, I felt, did not call that out exclusively. Instead it implied that it could be included.

I read the direction charged as indicated. Try to use when we were camping to find out it didn't charge. Try to charge again. Still nothing.

Just received this unit and thus far have used it in trial for charging my phone. Like that it is lightweight and portable. Doesn't take up a lot of space which is a real big plus for me.

Company is a ripoff. Sold me a defective non working power generator and refuses to warranty it because I don't have my receipt. This company is a joke. Online reviews also say the same thing! They take no pride in their crappy products!!!

Bought this yesterday. Charged it overnight and no charge has registered. Also, the flashlight button is recessed, is stuck and won't in recess. I like the technology but seems it is a defective unit.
