We bought the Westinghouse Igen300 about a year and a half ago with high expectations. We used it twice for a few hours for power outages. After only a few uses we had a similar issue to the user below where if we tried to use it, it would instantly have no charge. When we tried to charge it, it would start from about 50% and within a few minutes show fully charged. However as soon as you unplugged it it would die again. Honestly for the price it's extremely disappointing to have only gotten a couple uses out of it. Since we are out of the warranty, we are kind of stuck so we will probably be looking at other brands just to see if we have better luck.

I purchased the gen9500df generator for added whole house back up power. Easy to assemble, easy to start and not as loud as I expected. With the added whole house backup electric panel. Hook up is as easy as plugging it in and hitting the start button. I have it hooked to a 100 amp breaker which the 50 amp outlet supports with an add on additional plug. Just got my iGen1000s power station. It is a nice power station and very well built and not too heavy at all. I have another power station which is not rated as high so this iGen has more power which is what I needed. I live in Florida and got this for power outages from hurricanes to supplement our gas/propane house generator but recently used during severe weather when I knew power would be back on same day. This easily powers my mini fridge, TV, Router. lights and coffee machine with no problem and lasted all day with only 50% power used. It can handle more, like a sump pump for over 4 hours if needed. It would also run my 23 cu ft refrigerator if I wanted. My wife likes this unit as they are easy to use, just click the power button and plug in devices. Great unit. Only minor thing is this units fan runs more than my other (probably has it has higher power) and during the entire recharge process, not sure why but not a big deal. Get one, great for outages.

I bought the Gen300s in Dec 2020. I have since used it to power up a ham radio, cell phones, a dc electric blanket for camping, and a laptop. It holds a charge, has exceeded my expectations, is lightweight, is user-friendly, and includes all the cables in a handy pack. I would recommend this product and would consider buying it again in the future.

I bought this last year and have been using it a lot for outdoor events and mobile power. After a year, it no longer holds a charge, it could be a defect, but it was an amazing piece of equipment. It would charge a phone, laptop, and two other devices with ease.

Really nice and compact. Has hook and loop fasteners to keep it stowed and also well engineered legs for easy foldout and setup. The charging area doubles as a zipped pouch to keep cables stowed. Used it with my iGen1000 and it worked well. Slick setup. Note: Does not seem to be waterproof per manual instructions.

I just purchased the igen 1000 and it's very compact and portable. It's also easy to carry. It charges relatively quickly. It seems like it will serve us well for camping off the grid, and will also run our refrigerator in a Power outage. Happy so far.

I bought the iGen1000s nearly 2 years ago, and it has served me well during a number of power outages here in the Pacific NW. I use it during nighttime hours after I shut down my Westinghouse DF9500 generator. This allows lights to be left on for overnight security, and it saves a lot of fuel at a time of day when full generator power is really not needed. It also allows making coffee first thing in the morning before moving the DF9500 generator outside and connecting it to the transfer panel. The 1000s is quiet, reliable and beefy enough to power the essentials. Customer service has been excellent about answering some questions of mine. I liked it so well that I just purchased an iGen600s to allow me to have lights, TV, etc. on both floors of our home overnigtht. I have recommended it to many friends and neighbors. -ditto- for the DF9500 generator which has been purchased by 2 neighbors!

Purchased this product back about 2 months ago first one defective just got this one today my review right now on customer service quickly they got on getting me a new one Give Them A++ jump on it right away got me new one will be back give review after I go camping get some good use at of it Stay tune !!
