I bought this on Dec 6 of 2024. We do a lot of travel basebal with our son and the iGen300s performs perfectly for everything we need from it, from charging our mobile devices, to powering portable fans, my wife's laptop, and making sure our son is fully powered with all his tech during downtime between games on those long 1 day tournaments.

I bought this product to use for my small portable milker in a barn with no power. I was very pleased that it was compatible with that motor and could hold a charge for several milkings as in a couple if weeks. But after 15 months, I had to charge nightly until eventually it just stopped charging enough to run but only a few seconds. I loved the product until it just quit performing and I certainly wasn't planning on needing to replace it yearly.

I bought this as a power backup for small house appliances. Used it on a couple of camping trips to recharge teenagers phones and it worked great. After about 2 yrs with very little usage it suddenly failed to charge. I've been trying to get it repaired ever since

I was excited to get this because I wanted to have something to run my CPAP machine if the power was out. I just recently tried it once and it barely lasted for two hours. I had it plugged in to charge and it read fully charged on the display but when I unplugged it the unit was dead. I tried plugging the power station back in for a while and the battery would only charge to three bars. I also tried plugging a solar panel to it and the same thing would happen. It would only charge to three bars.

I just received my Igen1000S. It appears to be well made with several nice features. It has a timer to indicate when it will be fully charged. I have not used it yet for any power applications and will submit another review after I use this product. I am very pleased with Westinghouse products overall.

This Power Station weighs less than 40lbs, so it is very mobile. We purchased this so we could grab it and head to our storm shelter when severe weather develops. We have a string of LED lights that we just plug into the 120 outlet on the back of station. Also, there are USB ports to keep our mobile phones charged. The digital read out let you know your power consumption and how much battery life you have left.

We bought the power station before Christmas and within 3 months have had to use it twice to save the food in the refrigerator during over 6 hours long power outages during winter storms where an outside generator would not be fun to get running with wind and ice and snow and it worked like a champ and had power to spare.

I originally bought this just for emergencies and "what if" use. It is on the pricier side, but all the features make it well worth the money. I take several vehicle based camping/hunting trips every year and this unit does everything I need, all in a small and lightweight package.

We haven't had the opportunity to put the power station to use while camping and recharge it with a solar panel but have used it a couple of nights at home and it provided enough power for my wife's C-PAP machine to run 8 hours and recharging the station with AC is a snap!

Purchased 07/06/23 for a camping trip. It performed okay. Last summer (2024) took it to Porcupine Mountains rustic campground fully charged. It would not charge any of our electronics. Tried to get it to work again this morning (04/12/25). It says it's fully charged but won't charge my phone, nor will the flash light work when unplugged from the wall. Seeking remedy for this via 2 year warranty policy before we start our next camping season!
