I have really heavy and bad periods and I've tried so many different things to help, but nothing really seems to do the trick. I then tried using tampons while wearing a pad at the same time and it seems to be the only thing that helps. The pads are amazing though. I never have to worry about leaking with them.

These pads are AMAZING!! NO leaks! NO smell! NO feeling wet when I sit down. They work great for a day at work or bedtime. I definitely recommend them for every woman. I’ll make sure to start my daughter on these when she begins her cycle. If you haven’t got any yet, do yourself a favor and get them. They definitely take out a lot of stress and possible embarrassment that comes with menstrual cycles.

Due having a heavy period, I've always had to worry about leakages at work, at school, at home, while out with friends, you name it! I tried this pad for the first time yesterday, and it changed the game forever. I'm not sure if I will ever buy any other pads again. You don't feel anything down there and it's incredibly absorbent! I didn't even know this kind of period protection was available but I'm so happy I found it!

These pads are much more comfortable than other pads and very absorbent. BUT the front is way too narrow. Was this designed by someone with no knowledge of the contours of the human body? All pads that are shaped for the human body are wider at the back AND FRONT and narrower in the middle. Why a triangular pad!?!?! I cannot wear this without staining clothes.

I happened to try the new Infinity pads by chance. In my head I was thinking, yeah right! They all claim to have the best, maximum absorbency, comfort, etc. I was especially skeptical because I am a plus size woman! Let me tell you, the Infinity pad tricked me! It is absolutely wonderful! No leakage, it absorbs EVERYTHING including any odor and I barely feel like I'm wearing anything! I never thought I could be "wowed" by a sanitary napkin, but Always has definitely "wowed" me!!!! Thank you! I can finally sleep in peace!

The design is very unconfortable to wear, the "wings" that are suppossed to attach doesn't work, once you pull thepanties up the pad twists and turns since it doesn't stick to the panty, and when you try to fix it is just a waiste of time, making the costumer wish to have another kind of pads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my go to for any menstrual issues. The pads are for over night and come in different sizes. I use them at night but they also work great for long car trips if you can't make many stops. These haven't caused any leakage either.

They still fall short for plus sized women. Leaks out the back. The thin pad is very absorbent but the cover could be more so that's what pushes forward or backward. But overall works well
