I bought these last night and I had 2 leaks already. The front is to narrow so I tried wearing them backwards, still leaked. I am going back to my Ultra Thin Overnights, which I have been using for over 10 yrs.

For those heavy days this is what I wear. Like that I can sleep comfortably at night without having to worry how I will wake up. Also I work in the medical field and these protect me from standing all day.

Overall, this is a great product. There are a few minor things I'd change about them but otherwise excellent product. I love that the product is thin but very absorbent for heavy flows.

These are great pads. I have repurchased a few times now. My friend recommended these to me and I am glad I did! No room for improvement needed. I prefer the unscented.
