I always use always......You see what I did there lol.....for me personally they’re just the most comfortable ones to use, I never have problems out of them, though they can be a little pricey the quality of them are really good, and lastly I hardly have problems with them throughout the night.

Well I loved this product! Due to medical reasons I had to wear better absorbing products for a while. I usually dont like wearing regular overnight pads but this one is changing my mind. Thanks!x3

I really don't understand why some people have rated this pad poorly. It is the best. I've had heavy periods and these pads are the only ones that absorb the best and save me from embarrassment.

I love huge pads for when I sleep. My flow can be a little unpredictable and I hate ruining my sheets or pajamas. I’m also scared of TSS so I need a pad that will last all night without a tampon. These are my go to pads.

This is truly a ground-breaking, amazing product. It feels as though you aren't even wearing a pad. Issue? There's no maximum protection versions AND it is over priced. If Always brought down their price, I would actually buy them.

These are a must, especially if you have a heavy flow at night. I always suggest this to any female I meet because of how much I love them. I don’t really care for the wings but that’s my only problem with this product

I have extremely heavy periods, so much so that I have to wear the overnight pads during the day. Usually I wear the overnight pads throughout my period. I tried these and they worked miracles

I love the product! The only thing I'd change is to make the front longer on the overnight version. I sleep on my stomach and had a little bit of a leak in the front. For daytime they're perfect!

I bought these last night and I had 2 leaks already. The front is to narrow so I tried wearing them backwards, still leaked. I am going back to my Ultra Thin Overnights, which I have been using for over 10 yrs.
