I love these pads. TMI but I usually have a really heavy flow & I can wear one of these at night and I haven’t had any leakage. I definitely recommend you try these and see if they are for you. I will definitely be buying more of these in replace to my bulky overnight pads.

I could NOT believe this pad. Not only absorbent but it doesnt show up! I was very skeptical but after the first use I was hooked. If you recently had a baby this is THE pad for you! I have never been so comfortable using a pad Ever. It keeps me comfortable dry and best of all I have never had to worry about leaks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used always thin overnight pads as a kid/teen (started my cycle at 9) & then switched to a different brand. I was excited to see these flex foam pads advertised & wondered if they really worked well. For starters they fit nicely in my underwear & they still have wings which is a must for me. They're definitely thin & do feel just like a foam. While stuck in the wrapper they didn't flex as much as advertised, however in my underwear especially when I'm crawling (I do that when I'm not in my wheelchair) they flexed perfectly & never moved out of place! Honestly, I almost forgot I was wearing a pad because you can hardly if at all feel these. Plus, unlike traditional pads, these don't make that crinkling plastic sound, which is amazing! I wore these both durning my cycle & for some bladder leak protection. In both cases they held up very well, wicked away fluids & didn't leak. The only reason I'm honestly giving them 4 stars, is because for someone like me who is in a chair, sitting most of the day, I prefer a wider back end to my pads. Just for added protection from heavier, flowing towards the back days. Otherwise, these always pads are really great & I feel a huge improvement from the original thin overnight pads!

Over night I sometimes have problems but the Always Infinity Overnight Pads with Wings have really helped to control the mess. The wings are a lifesaver. These pads are everything a woman needs them to be! I have PCOS, so I have an extremely heavy flow. I have been searching for 30 years for pads that meet the specific needs of comfort, dryness, and maximum absorbency. They are thin, so thin in fact, I was really worried about their ability to provide the absorbency that I need. I was very pleasantly surprised though, because they absorb immediately, and leave no feeling of dampness. They are soft and very comfortable....no plastic feel. I will be a customer for life!

This pad is the best pad in the world. The first two days of my period are the heaviest, and this is the only pad that can withstand. I use the overnight pad both day and night for the first few days of my period. Of course, I also have to change my pad every 4 hours when my period is at its heaviest, but at least they are not all big and bulky.

I didnt think it would work because I always have accidents and bleed heavy, but this felt great! It held ALOT and stayed in place. I couldn't even feel it. It doesn't feel heavy while you're wearing it or anything. I actually didn't think I'd filled it up until I took it off and saw how much it had filled underneath!!! WOW!! Great Product! Im always selective about what i choose but this was an excellent selection should've came out when I was in school!
