[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried always infinity size 4 overnight pads with wings unscented and they fit great are super comfortable and give me great protection against overnight leaks. I trust this brand and the quality never disappoints me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe these pads are meant to be worn overnight, and though I've found they hold up well for that too, my favorite way to use these is at work. During a normal work day I spend much of my time on my feet and don't have much time to sneak off to the restroom. Even though the packaging says these hold up for 10 hours, I was able to work a 12+ hour shift with no leaks. It gives me great peace of mind to not have to worry about having any accidents. Not only is this the most absorbent pad I've tried, but it is the most comfortable. The material is so soft and so thin that I barely notice it. This stuff is miraculous. There have always been different length sizes, but advertising the pads by size is pretty clever on Always' part. I really like these. These are perfect. I don't think I will ever use another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are super absorbant. Gives extra support on your heaviest of days. Long so they have extra protection. Don't have to worry about leaking over. Also don't have to worry about changing a pad every hour to worry about leakage.

I enjoy using this product - very absorbent and very comfortable. I have had two persons switch from their very loyal brand Kotex and they were very pleased. I use the overnight at all times, because when I use regular or heavy, and I sit then every thing leaks to the back. With the overnight, I have no accidents.

I am someone that has extremely heavy periods which have I have to wear over nights all the time, I have tried many products and companies with not a lot of success with embarrassing accidents from leakage and having to change ever 1-2hours and getting reactions from the products, rashes, etch making my period time even worst other than dealing with heavy bleeding, bulky pads, and uncomfortableness as a whole.I tried this product and I love it! Minus that I believe it should be longer. Other than that thumbs up! Very comfortable too! Almost like I am wearing nothing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this for my day 1 and was worried about the absorption and the flexibility. There was no need though since it was extremely reliable. I also appreciated that the actual pad didn't feel like plastic as it most often does. Try it for yourself!

I have PCOS. By choice, I do not medicate. With that comes unpredictable periods. Since I started using Always Infinity #4 I have not had one accident!! I no longer am running to the restroom every hour. I no longer worry when away from home that I will have an “accident”. Always Infinity has greatly improved my quality of life. I HIGHLY recommend!!!

It does not do what it says. It leaks. It has not enough coverage. I went back to the ultra thin always maxi pads. I know those are reliable. Go back to the drawing board give more coverage and I would retest your Infinicel because it can not hold 10x the weight and if it did I would not have ruined a pair of pants and had to leave work. How embarrassing is that! Your Ultra Thin pads are way more absorbent!

We used this product whilst on holiday in the USA. I really wish and hope they sell it in Europe soon. It really gives you the protection you need and is so comfortable you don't even notice it is there. Please release this in Europe, it is amazing.
