They feel like there is literally nothing there, so comfy! I was nervous if they would leak but there didn’t, not once! Great product and now they are in my routine.

I have been using Always pads for years and as I age my periods have become heavy and hard to manage. This pad is far superior to the regular Always pad. I love how it wicks the fluid away from your body and seems to have a "stay-dry" cover. This is by far the best pad I've ever used. Thanks for making these!

The Always Infinity Overnights have decent absorbency, though it's still nowhere near enough for anyone with truly heavy periods. Personally, I have extremely heavy second days, typically bleeding at a rate of an ounce per hour for 24 hours through the second day, but then much lighter thereafter. The Infinity, in spite of claims of holding 4 times more than normal, couldn't keep up with my flow, even with two on, staggered. The front of the pad is also very narrow and strangely short for an overnight. To get full coverage 'up front' the wings can't be wrapped around, they have to be stuck to one's undies instead otherwise the flow just goes right off the front, missing the pad entirely, or two have to be stacked and overlapped. Other than this strange shape, the pad is very comfortable and soft and wicks flow away from the body better than other pads I've used. Can barely feel that it's there, even when it's close to full.

This is one of the best pads that I have ever used. I tried the pad overnight first, just in case an accident was to happen, but to my surprise there wasn't anything to worry about. They are super thin, soft, and they have some kind of channels that evenly distributes the fluids, which I think helps with the leaks. For anyone that has some doubts about trying it---just do it! You will not be disapointed.

As a woman closing in on my 40s, I've ALWAYS (no pun intended) HATED wearing pads. maybe a liner if I absolutely thought it'd be necessary. As my cycle has gotten wackier these last few months, i've had to wear a pad more often than not. i usually go for the super-long overnight size for coverage. They are super comfortable!!! I've avoided pads generally because of the bulk, the diaper-like noise, and frankly, the sweat-factor. Always has come up with a product I can whole-heartedly endorse. Way to go!!!

For the last 20 years I have been in fear of leakage and have been heavily padded every month just to feel secure in my period protection. But now, thanks to the Infinity Protection, I am free from the "padded cell" that used to encompass my life 12 times a year!!! This product is light and thin, so I barely know it is there! And it absorbs like a sponge, meaning that I am safe from embarassment, at least in this case. In fact, this product has probably saved me money over the long run, because I use fewer pads and have fewer leaks!!! Thanks for giving me the wings of freedom. I can always count on Always, always.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have often purchases Always products over the years and have rarely been disappointed with their performance or comfort. I love the new size chart for maxi pads. It does help when choosing the correct product for your needs. I really like this pad as many have a rougher outer that often leads to irritation. These are soft, smooth and feel dry. They also stay in place which is a huge plus.

i have used every kind of pad i could lay my hands on. nothing ever worked for me . either they were to thin or to bulky or just wouldn't hold as much as i would like it too . then i found these and they are so comfy i have only leaked once and it was very little. i love them i can move around in them and it feels like its not there. where i work im always running around and don't have much time to change them. so i can wear this up to 4 hrs with out leaking its amazing this is the only. pad i will buy. you are crazy if you don't want these
