[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sometimes get really heavy periods and am always having to replace a new pad within an hour because of how full it gets. I felt an overnight size would help but a few brands don't work great, they either don't hold much, move around when they shouldn't, or don't stick great onto the underwear or would feel super uncomfortable. These really made a difference where I didn't have to change as often and it actually absorbs a lot. It stays in place and moved with me without staying "stuck" in whatever position I was last and keeps me from having accidents. Very happy with this brand.

Absolutely awesome!!! I love how the foam traps the fluid so it doesn't stay resting against your skin, so much better than traditional pads. These have become my go to during that time of the month. My daughter just started her monthly and these are the only ones I buy.

Always Infinity Size 4 Overnight Pads with Wings, Unscented These are the best I've found for over night, and very heavy flow days. They do cost more than some other brands, but ladies there are times we need to think of ourselves, our comfort and security more than saving a few pennies.

The pad length is good for use while asleep / lying down - gives more coverage - means fewer leaks and stains.

I always use always......You see what I did there lol.....for me personally they’re just the most comfortable ones to use, I never have problems out of them, though they can be a little pricey the quality of them are really good, and lastly I hardly have problems with them throughout the night.

I like the feel of them, and they do not irritate me during my day. I also like that they dont really have any type of scent to them, and are perfect for night or day.

I just had a baby and have been using these for the first time. I feel so much cleaner & comfortable in them then the regular pads. It's wonderful. I would suggest this pad as a must for any afterbirth bleeding. I wish I had them in the hospital as well!! Thank You Always!!

I really like these! I don’t feel it when I wear one! It really is discreet and flexible! I love to wear them when I workout! I wish it came with more is my only complaint but I will keep buying them! I definitely recommend it to all who hates the feel of pads and have heavy cycles like I do!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These overnight pads are very absorbant. They do not leak. When you wear them you don't feel that you are wearing them. The wings keep them in place. They come in a sturdy box to store them when not in use.

This is the best pad I have ever spent my money on, bar none! I usually hate pads. The feeling of pure ickyness when I move around, or sit down for a long time then stand up. No pad has ever held up, I, unfortunately, have a very heavy flow and have tried poofy, long, short, slim, new, old and any other type of pad under the sun. So one day, while buying more feminine products at the local pharmacy, I saw the box & decided to try it out. And this was the best investment I have made in a while. No longer am I afraid to wear a pad by itself! (usually worn with tampons or cups) Always infinity has truly impressed me! Thanks Ladies! =)
