It says for overnight but I wear them day and night because I have a pretty heavy flow and this will keep me secure and leak free all day. These pads you can move freely and not feel like your wearing a diaper, they are thin and move with you. That makes it easy to forget your wearing it! I do like that it has wings, this is a must for me when I am choosing as I move so much I need something that will stay in place. These wings are sticky and will securely stick to where you put it even silk underwear. I really prefer these over alot of others now!

I recently bought a box of these and I have to admit, it was better then I expected. I have always been a heavy flow kind of gal, so I am used to buying the bulkiest ones. But with these I don't need to worry about that anymore. I have only used them a day now and I already notice a BIG difference. I don't feel like I am wearing a diaper, nor do I feel any discomfort. I feel comfortable having my period now because I have one less thing to worry about on it. I am never going to buy another pad again. Thank you Always. :)

I’ve been using the Infinity pads for a long time, they do hold a lot of fluid and wick very quickly. However, the thin foam does not conform very easily, especially if you are a larger person and/or move a lot in your sleep it will not stay in place and lead to leaks. I will be switch to the Ulta-Thins

These pads are great because of the foam it’s made out of it . I have heavy flow in the beginning so these are the only ones that hold as much without going through my clothes. Only thing is maybe the material it’s made out of irritates my skin while I’m using them . They’re affordable and easily available just wish they’d make a cleaner line of pads.

Some 13 years ago, I vouched to never again purchase any Proctor and Gamble Always brand sanitary products. At the time, I was a Varsity track and cross country captain who seemed to always suffer from the inexplicable spoiled,soiled and spotted gym shorts due to product malfunction. Like clockwork, every month religiously the pads would split up and divorce leaving a treacherous trail of evidence wherever I sat. Or, the adhesive would reject it's designated job, go on strike and allow the pad to float off and discover new territories to which it should never have traveled. I recently decided to search for a more comfortable overnight heavy duty product that could contain my ignorantly heavy flow without falling apart at the seams and keep me from feeling uncomfortably wet. Yesterday I found myself reading countless reviews from more women who praised this infinity line than condemned it. Since I was only able to read a minute percentage of napkin malfunction incidents, I decided to give this new award winning technology a go. I am happy to report that I am pleased to have made the decision to try this new brand of Always. It is a well made product. I appreciate the contour especially because my leaks fall to the back of my undergarments and the sides. With the extended wings this completely illuminates side spillage. And I have not had a problem with the pad relocating itself voluntarily or dividing itself into two entities. I do agree with the other patrons when it comes to additional length however. Some of us would greatly appreciate a long version with this revolutionary technology. Thank you for giving me a reason to purchase Always once more!!! (^_^)

I use the Infinity line from Always and have since they were released. I love the size options! I always choose a Size 4 based on my period but I think I could use a Size 3 -it’s really based on your flow and the shape of your body, and your comfort. I literally never experience leaks unless I place the pad incorrectly. These pads have the wings which I think are important for fit and leak protection. They are 100% worth the cost.

The pad length is good for use while asleep / lying down - gives more coverage - means fewer leaks and stains.
