I have excessive heavy bleeding that I have been dealing with for several years. I have had leaks/overflows after changing my pad within one hour. Until Infinity. I heard about them I think on the radio and seen them in the store, I don't like how expensive they are but they are definately worth it. I have been using them for 3 months and no longer have the embarring overflow. They are super absorbing and very comfortable, I was amazed the first time I used them. I have told everyone I know about how great they are and have also told the sales associates where I buy them, in case they have a customer looking for a super absorbing, comfortable pad.

I purchase these pads because they feel less like diapers than the others. The wings provide the ability of the pad to stay in place, however they are pointless when sleeping or during any vigorous activities. The wings also stick too well to the material of my underwear and sometimes doesn’t come off unless I wash them. At times I still have leakage on a heavier day

I’ve been using these pads for years and I hate if I have to use anything else. As someone with a heavy flow for my entire life these are the only pads I use that provide full coverage and leak protection but also don’t feel like I’m wearing a massive diaper. I’ve been trying to use a menstrual cup more but when I do need a pad these are still my #1 choice and I keep a stock of them always.

These are my go-to overnight pads because of how thin, flexible, and lightweight they are. It has a breathable, cottony top layer, so it doesn't get sticky and sweaty like Stayfree pads. One star off because the wings should be wider- they tend to move around and the whole pad shifts. Could use stronger, more widespread adhesive as well. I've never had a pad leak (and I do get pretty heavy flow) but still ended up with staining because the pad shifted out of place.

I love these pads. For the most part they are able to keep my clothes clean. But they do need to be longer and wider in the front. I turn the pad backwards just to stay clean in the front and they need to be longer because I have to used two pads together for overnight or I will leak. But so far the best pad I have ever used.

A few years ago I was diagnosed with Fibroids. As the fibroids grew my period got heavier and heavier. Sadly Always overnight (my trusted option) did not hold up to the flow. Thankfully always infinity was launched! On my really heavy days I'd use 9-10 Always overnight, with infinity that was reduced to half! Yes, I've had leaks but those were the extremely heavy days when I should have perhaps stayed home as my flow was extremely heavy. Outside of those occasions I trust Always infinity to keep me safe and secured. I agree the front of the pad could be a bit wider and the odor when mixed with menstral blood is just awful. However I am yet to find a product on the market that makes me feel as secure and confident that I can feel my best on a period day. Thank you Always Infinity!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I admit at first I was a little hesitant on how well these pads would do since they’re thinner than the other pads I’ve used. I was afraid they would leak since I have heavier periods. They did not leak and is actually alot more comfortable than the other pads I’ve tried in the past and you can’t even tell you’re actually wearing a pad which is amazing! I love them so much that they’re now the only pads I buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was overall fairly happy with these Always Infinity Size 4 Overnight Pads with Wings. According to the package, a size 4 pad would be a great overnight fit for someone who wears xs/s underwear, but I found them to be just slightly too large for my liking. They covered completely from front to back which was great, but the center part by the wings was a bit wide for me and I found it difficult to tuck the wings under and get them to stick to my underwear opposed to sticking to the other side of the pad. However, they were extremely flexible and breathable, which made them pretty comfortable to wear. They are fairly thin, but seemed to hold up well for an average flow. No leaks here!

I’ve been using the Infinity pads for a long time, they do hold a lot of fluid and wick very quickly. However, the thin foam does not conform very easily, especially if you are a larger person and/or move a lot in your sleep it will not stay in place and lead to leaks. I will be switch to the Ulta-Thins
